Best roofing solution in South Florida. Wayne, the initial sales contact is the most courteous, thorough and friendly representative any company could have. Smart roof has a gem with him. I hope he's appreciated with the top brass.But the great service doesn't end there. The field manager cares as much about your home as you do. And, he goes above and beyond to make sure the jobs done right and that you're totally satisfied. I won't go into details in case it gets him in trouble, but he did some extra work that I should have been charged for, and, without me asking. I was amazed at the quality workmanship his team of workers provided. It was incredible how fast they got the job done. He has a huge crew that's been together for more than a decade and they finished the job in 2 days. TWO DAYS!!If not for the permitting and inspection delays the great city of Deerfield Beach required, they'd have been in and out in no time. Oh, one more thing, the place was spotless when they left. Not a nail or anything was left behind.A tip for future buyers:The color of the shingles is perfect for Florida. Don't know why so many people choose darker colors to attract the heat instead off reflecting it. Go with smart roof, you'll be good you did.

Their work was prompt and without any delays, except due to weather. The process went smoothly (Jacob Willhelm 6 stars) until my bank account was hacked, no one seemed upset when i notified (Marc Baum six stars) that my check would bounce. On the day (Harry Von six stars) had everything well co-ordinated in a timely manner. I want to take a moment and personally thank the entire SmartRoof team! From the beginning after the hail storm damage, Doug Bailey, the SmartRoof Consultant, worked persistently with our insurance company to garner approval to make all of the necessary repairs. Jason Winson, SmartRoof Sales Representative, comprehensively walked us through the approved insurance repairs and worked with us effectively to obtain the upgrades (our costs) that we wanted to make to the house since all of the other major repairs were taken place. When it came time to perform the actual repairs, Harry Von Schmidt, SmartRoof Field Supervisor, reached out to us 10 days prior to go over the work plan. Everyday throughout the roof install, sliding replacement, and gutter install, Harry called to provide a work plan status for that day. Communication is key and the entire SmartRoof team did an amazing job in keeping us informed at every stage of this comprehensive process! The roofing team, the siding team, and the gutter team were absolutely professional at every phase of the work process! Words really cannot express how pleased we are with the finished product. The site supervisor, Sulaiman Sesay, answered all of my questions. Peter Morgan who explained their services to me did, a great job of managing the process and worked with my insurance . I am so glad I went with Smart Roof. They made the process painless.

This was almost too good to be true but it is true!!My experience with them has been nothing less than excellent from A to Z. They came over, inspected the roof, identified the storm damages in the roof and dealt directly with the insurance company making sure they cover those damages.The service itself was impeccable- an army of at least 10 people came in the morning and the roof was done by the end of the day. The next day the gutter crew showed up on time and replaced the covers.I would use Smart Roof again in a heartbeat!

I have only fantastic things to say about Smart roof employees! Beginning with Tim our sales rep! And then with Salem our project/field manager!!! Courteous, professional and fast! Excellent work, from start to finish! My roof looks amazing!!! I have only one discrepancy, and that is hidden fees!!!!! Permits were charged separately, and yes I found out later in small print! But Co. did wave after I explained how we were un aware! And very high service fees for using credit cards for pmt! Other wise, I would say the very best experience I have had in any and all construction done on my home! True professionals with integrity! Ask for Salem and Tim!!!! Ps. Christa in office as welll.

I usually don't even CONSIDER cold calls but I'd been thinking about solar for quite a while (living in the Sunshine State, and there was ONE HOUSE in my entire development that had solar. So now I'm #2! Couldn't be happier with the help and genuine care I got from Jackson and Ethan in particular. I cannot remember dealing with a home-improvement firm more efficient, competent, communicative, and courteous than SmartRoof. From Don Killian, who first alerted me to the damage my roof had suffered in a recent hail storm, to Emmanuel Odagbodo, the field supervisor who answered all my questions about the materials and installation and who even laughed at my clunky humor, the staff at SmartRoof handled everything for me promptly, knowledgeably, and good-naturedly. I would have been lost in dealing with my homeowner's insurance company had SmartRoof not from the outset taken charge of that side of the matter.I highly recommend this company!

I signed up with SmartRoof after recommendation from family members who had a much better experience than I did. Unfortunately, my experience with the representative they assigned (Ryan) was very poor. He told me it was his first case after transferring to Florida and I believe it was this lack of experience in Florida, plus his inability to give me the proper tools in how to deal with my insurance company that caused my roof claim to be denied. First of all the date given for my damage claim (that he assigned me) was over a year and a half before the date I was filing. This caused me concerned, but he assured me it wouldn't affect my claim as I had up to two years from the date of loss to file. (Unfortunately, one of the reasons given for denial of my claim was the length of time between loss date and file date!) Also, repeatedly over the course of several months Ryan would tell me he was sending information to me by email or on the SmartRoof website that I could send to my insurance company. And time after time he failed to do so. Phone calls that he told me he would make to give me advice were not made on time. When my claim was denied he told me I should request my case be reopened and that he would send me additional information to submit so that I would have a strong case for review. He never sent me any additional information after I asked several times for it. I feel that the job he did on me case was very poor and less than professional. Over six months went by of frustration disappointment and because of this I can not personally recommend SmartRoof Inc. as a service to use.Service: Roof inspection
