In June, 2023 I signed a contract with Fairway for $34,000 to re-roof my house in Boynton Beach. The job was scheduled to start in July and I gave substantial front money per the contract. Five days before the job started both Grace and Bob called me to say the roofing tiles had gone up almost $1,800.00. I gave the go-ahead and the job was completed and I paid an agreed increase of $1500.00. I then learned that the price increase was a lie by both Bob and Grace in order to fraudulently get me to pay additional money that Fairway was not entitled to under the contract. I had to take Fairway to small claims court to get my money back. Bob admitted that he lied. Although it was clear she lied, Grace was never honest enough to admit it. Maybe it should be Fraudway Roofing, Inc. I wouldn’t hire these people to re-roof my dog house knowing what I know now. And to boot, there are issues with the new roof.3/11/24 You will notice that Bob, who is not a licensed roofing contractor in Florida, does not refute that he, Grace and Fairway charged and collected from me a $1,500.00 false price increase that they were not entitled to under the contract and that they refunded to me only after I sued in small claims court. I stand by my review.

What a helpful and honest company! I had a roof leak after some really bad rain storms. The ceiling in one room had even fallen in. I called Fairway and Grace immediately put me in touch with Bob who arranged for the repair right away. I can't tell you how relieved I was. There was a 2 year warranty and last week I had a leak in the same area and they honored it in the same caring manner! No questions asked. I can't praise this company enough.Service: Roof repair

I was recommended Fairway Roofing by my realtor who had recommended them to several other clients. Bob was out the day after I contacted them, waited to see if he could obtain a stock sized hurricane sky light rather than having to have one custom made to save the cost for me. An estimate was emailed two days later after he was able to determine that a stock sized sky light was able to be purchased. Two days later the skylight was installed professionally and the entire job was cleaned up. Grace provided all the paperwork needed the following day. A pleasure to deal with this company and all involved.

After the hurricane my roof was in shambles I called fairway roofing, Bob came over gave me an estimate and ask me when I wanted it done. I figured I'd have to wait for weeks because of the hurricanes but they came the next day fixed my roof and everybody was very very nice and even at a reasonable price . This is the best roofing company i have found in Florida. I am very happy with my choice of roofing company. I would recommend them to all my friends in Delray Beach and Boynton Beach.

Bob and his crew were able to fix leaks other roofers couldn't! We had some major leaks in our roof and the first roofing company we had out just made it worse. We gave up on them and called Fairway and Bob came out to see us right away. Not only did Bob and his crew fix the problem, they warranty their work and we feel comfortable after several serious thunderstorms that our problems are solved. We highly recommend Fairway Roofing.

Scheduled fairway roofing to come out for an estimate on my home they gave me a window of 12-1 told them please call when your on your way I will be down the street no call before no call on arrival nothing. Received a very rude and unprofessional voicemail from their receptionist after stating that I “blew them off” called back and she continued to be rude stating they never call before etc even though that’s not what she said yesterday. if this is any indication on how they conduct business I will be going elsewhere.

I had fairway put a NEW ROOf on my home last week. All work done on time, as promised, and completed when promised, at a great price. What I must stress, is, my property looked like no-one had even been here the day of the tear off.They wrapped the base of the house in tarps, which caught all the debris, swept all areas, and thenused a leaf blower to remove all dust. I wish I could write a good review but my experience with the man who came to do the estimate was not very pleasant. I don't know his name since he didn't introduce himself. Perhaps he was stressed out from all the extra work after Irma but he was extremely rude. I have been getting estimates so I know what the problems are and have photos also. A cracked rafter, a few shingles missing and a fascia board that needs to be replaced.Just from standing in the ground outside he said he knew what the problem was and it was very serious and very expensive. The other estimates were not very serious or very expensive.I asked him that didn't he need to actually go up on the roof or inside in the attic to actually see what was wrong.He began a tirade about how he has been in this business for many years and he knows what he is doing. His work is very good. If I want to get some slip shod work done then I need to find someone else.To be honest with you. I did not appreciate being talked to like this. He became defensive and launched into long winded diatribe.I tried to overlook the difficulties in trying to communicate with this person and asked a question about the fascia He became indignant. The impression I got was how dare I ask anything. How dare I even exist.It did not end well. I told him to leave.He continued to try to instruct me on how I should behave. That I wasn't listening. It felt more like we were getting a divorce than discussing roof repairs.He drove away hurling foul language at me.. you miserable blah blah blah.Either he just didn't want to do the work and was going to charge a huge fee, very expensive or he was going around price gouging people. Maybe he is going through a divorce.Any way I was greatly relieved when he finally drove away.Not what I would call very professional. So I really can't say anything nice about this company.I am female and I do have gray hair.
