From beginning to end, the process of working with Gustafson Roofing has been completely smooth. From the representatives making the appointments, the estimator who came out to evaluate the roof’s condition, to the technician who came out to fix the roof … we were handled with grace, professionalism and courteousness.The actual work was done efficiently and the technician explained to us what he did, answered any questions we had and reminded us of the 1 year warranty if we had any concerns at all.I could not rate this company highly enough. This past few months I had the pleasure of speaking with Ricky from Gustafson Roofing. He was so kind and caring during over conversation in regard to my dad's house. He sent a crew member to inspect his roof and I received 50 pics with through notes. Thank goodness the roof is in good shape. He did point out some beginning mold and a paint issue above the garage. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for caring as much as my dad would have.
