Hercules roofing replaced my roof recently. Everything went very smoothly. There were no surprise charges or wood fees. They communicated with me every step of the way. The tear down crew made sure to protect things such as the AC and pool pump for me and also my neighbors. It was a very messy process but they cleaned up very well. The crew that put the roof on did a very nice job as well and everything looks great. I would recommend Hercules roofing to my friends and family.

These guys are good. Really good. Getting a new roof is never an easy process, with some much FUD out there in Florida. Mark and the entire Hercules team made it extremely easy. They shared realistic timeframes, were responsive when we had questions, and most importantly did a stellar job transforming our roof and not just replacing it. Hercules Roofing did an excellent job in replacing our roof tiles. From the day we initiated contact, they kept to the scheduled timeline on the contract. Update: Do not believe the owner's response. It's inaccurate and false. So, I don't really need to go any further. Again, BEWARE of this company._____________________There was a hole in the valley. I called Hercules Roofing to find the culprit and perform repairs to stop the leak. They charged me $1300 for the repairs, and the work took about two hours. Then, it leaked again within a matter of months in the same area! I contacted the owner regarding the leak, and didn't expect to pay because the work was supposed to be covered by warranty. Owner Gil Stein and Operations Manager Wayne Franklin refused and pointed out that the leak came from the upper valley, and said the patched up hole wouldn't have worked anyway. The bottom line is, their argument was illogical. They quoted the repairs to be $2588 on top of what I had paid months ago. I hired another roofer with 40 years of experience, and he was stunned with the shoddy work performed by Hercules Roofing, and was stunned by the price they quoted me for. Pictures are attached. Put simply, AVOID THIS COMPANY! They wouldn't honor warranty agreement and would come up with various excuses to make you pay more. Hercules Roofing is run by corrupt, unethical, immoral people. They're not worthy of any recognition by anyone. I will also file reports against the company to various entities. BEWARE of this company!

Gil and his crew at Hercules Roofing are fantastic.The price for a complete re-roof of my home was more than fair and the service was excellent. Hercules Roofing stuck by the estimate they had given, and didn't cost me a penny more. They handled all the permitting necessary, gave me a schedule of work beforehand and completed the work faster than I expected. The communication was excellent and the final product even more so.I highly recommend Hercules Roofing. I had an excellent experience with Hercules Roofing. I have used lots of sub-contractors over the years, and have learned the hard way that the cheapest is usually an unmitigated disaster. Gil's price was reasonable. More importantly, the work was completed quickly, the inspector actually told me he was impressed with the work and we have not had any issues since. I highly recommend Hercules. Oh, unlike lots of sub-contractors, they didn't leave garbage, nails and debris all over the place. My wife really appreciated how well they cleaned.

I was extremely impressed with a repair made by Hercules Roofing. Our nearly 20 year old roof had a leak. Was in a tricky area to fix - valley where two sections of roof meet. Hercules fixed the leak for a fair price. The fix has withstood Irma and several severe rain storms. Great Job!Several years earlier, in connection with a large renovation project on our home, our GC was concerned about a particular area of the roof. He called in Hercules who confirmed that the roof was fine and not in need of repair. Hercules' honesty and integrity was and remains great appreciated!

I setup an appointment with this company for 10 a.m. no one called or showed up by 20 after 10. I had other errands to run so I left my home only to get a call 5 minutes later saying that the 'roofer' was at my house to give an estimate. And the roofer was upset that i wasnt there! Can you believe that! And never apologized for making me wait! Then he ask if I'd like to reschedule. I said NO and explained that... as not showing up on time or even a courtesy call to say they were going to be late indicated how timely I could expect the roof job and communication to be poor.
