They installed our roof for the first time, apparently they used the wrong nails. We only found out after the building dept sent us a letter stating our permit was going to expire. When we reached out to "honest" abe, they refused to tell us why they couldn't close the permit out until a lawyer was involved. They had to install an entire new roof. The permit did get closed out, but multiple costly damages were not fixed, such as paint marks in the ceiling from a leaking roof. We reached out many times and they won't respond. Every time there's new people to talk to. They can't keep staff. Now we have another leak in the roof. Lawyers are involved again. Run and run fast!!

Great experience! Someone came out and let me design the roof that I wanted on the spot and provided financing that my wife and I were comfortable with. The other roofers that came out just left a quote in our mailbox and never even knocked on the door. Julio was great to deal with as well and answered all my questions and I asked a lot of questions. Non responsiveand have my $7500 deposit cashed. Dropped off the material and dumpster 3 weeks ago and was told they would start next day. They just now (3 weeks later) came to pick up the empty dumpster without doing any work. Now I just have material in my driveway with no response. Also the sales employee Julio who came out had lied to me about a few different things. When he came to give me a quote he told me financing and cash price would be the same only to find out that was a lie. He then told me there is no labor warranty because he just wanted to upsell their warranty for an extra 3 thousand dollars. I asked what happens if it leaks right after because of improper installation and he told me I would have to pay for labor and only be covered under manufacturers warranty for material. I found out on the contract that 1 year labor is covered. Also told me that what I was signing covered everything. That all decking would be ripped off and replaced and that I wouldn't have to pay for anything else. Weeks later told me only some decking would be replaced and that they will take gutters off but not put them back on because the company doesn't do gutters. I asked him why it says they do gutters on their website and his response was "well that's old." He then stopped replying to my messages asking when they are coming. I've been asking to speak with a supervisor for weeks and no response. Terrible company.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Jose oversaw the entire project so conscientiously, addressing all of our questions. We chose a unique product, and the roof was installed to to the manufacturer's specifications. The crew that showed up to do my roof was very professional and very knowledgeable. I must edit my statement from a year ago.I recently discovered after opening a permit with my city that my roofing inspections have failed. I wasn’t notified by either party of these failures. I trusted this company to do their job and have been paying for a roof that may not even be safe or done correctly for almost 2 years like a fool. I called the branch for Palm Beach County with no success, then called the Miami branch to only find out these people are not conducting business in Palm Beach. I signed up for a guarantee in the event of any repairs needed to be made for the future and these guys didn’t even do it right the first time. I can’t get a hold of these people because they keep forwarding my calls or giving me other people to forward my calls as well. There were very good at selling the product, but I asked for red shingles and after they promised those, they told me only had gray ones. Wife was disappointed, but the gray ones look good. Some issues with starting day and delays from the city and the permits, understandable, BUT they finished my roof two months ago, November 2022, and I got a new water leak, and after several calls, and promises to take care of it, nothing happens. The roof of one bedroom cave in due to water, and they placed a blue tarp almost a month ago, and they haven't came back to do the repairs. I called the manager several times, he promised take care of the problem, but nothing until now and we are January 31 2023. Please help, don't know who else I can call.I want to do an update today Feb 3, 2023. Since my review, immediately I got a call from the manager, he apologized for the lack of satisfaction on our part as customer, and immediately he put in motion the required work force to resolve the issues. I can say that 48 hours later and the work was concluded to our satisfaction and very well done.We all make mistakes, but how we correct those, is the key to our success as individual or in this case as company. Dont use this company. They have been working on our roof for almost 3 months, didnt do the job right, leaks started happening. There is a leak in my son's room and damaged ceiling that they promised to fix and nothing. Not reliable and I would not recommend them to anyone.
