Caleb was my salesman for my quote for 6 hurricane impact windows and a sliding glass door in a manufactured home. He explained everything about the different windows and doors and anything else I needed to know. My biggest concerns were quality and cost. Caleb made sure I got the best price and reassured me that my new slider and windows would be great. This was early JanuaryA few days later, I got a visit from the man who would measure exact my windows and door for them to be ordered.Within 2 months my windows and doors were in at Paradise, inspected by Paradise and installed in my home.The installation crew was so professional, clean, and did everything right. For the 6 windows and 1 sliding glass door, they had it done in 6.5 hours including clean up and everything is fantastic! The sliding glass door is a beast and slides so easy, just as promised by Caleb.I am just waiting for my complementary house cleaning and I am a happy woman!I highly recommend this company. The installation team arrived on time, covered my furniture, stair treads and floors surrounding the work areas, I had 4 windows and a slider installed. I had a sliding glass door and four windows upgraded. The amount of time to install was four to five months, and then some of the parts did not fit, even though I had two measurement appointments. The hardware came banged up and had to be replaced. Final inspection was delayed an additional 6 weeks waiting for new measured parts to be made. The day of the initial install, the sliders would not lock and I called the office. The lady told me it was 5 o’clock on Friday and nobody would be in until the following Monday!! She expected me to leave my door unsecured for three days!!! Of course, I said no way, and demanded to speak to a manager. Overall, the doors look nicer (not perfect). I just expected far superior install, not so sloppy and more professional for the amount of money that you pay for them.

Top of the line window company. I received quotes from so many but, They were so quality! Edgar Delgado went above and beyond with the final visit and inspection. Bill Herrington was super great when he sold us the windows. We were so happy they always answer the phone and they measured twice. Luckily for us because we forgot to add a window in until they came back to measure for the second time…. Very thorough and detailed. I hope to keep in touch bc I also grew up with Miles Wilson in management. Thank you! Please stay in touch. I will recommend you to everyone who needs help with remodeling.😊

Got quotes from 5 window companies. All the companies use similar sales pitch where they start high in price, and expect you to sign the same day.Paradise was not the cheapest, there windows were unique, strong, and energy efficient. Laura the sales person placed an estimated date to receive the windows in the contract, which the other companies would not commit to. If you do not do this, you could be left waiting for quite a while like you will see from consumers complaining about in other company reviews.Took about 6 months for the installation, but the installers (Douglas, Stevenson, Louis, and another gentleman) did an above excellent job, 5 windows and 1 door, and the place was left cleaner than projects that were much smaller. These gentlemen were very thorough and precise in their work, as well as considerate to keep the place as clean as they could.It rained for two days in a row after the windows were installed, no leaks, no issues. Waiting for the permit to be approved by the county, but glad I went with Paradise Exteriors.

I had to shop around but, I loved there customer service and their flexibility with pricing. The workers also did a beautiful job. They take care of everything related to paperwork so you can relax. I used Paradise to replace my front entry door. It's a good company that will track the progress of your job for you from start to finish. It took exactly three months from signing the contract to inspection by the city. It would have taken two or three weeks less than this had I noticed the HOA permit that was sent directly to me rather than to them. I would use this company again and would recommend it to friends or neighbors.

BEWARE! I have never had such a bad experience in my life. The whole company is filled with incompetent people who only care about money. It started with our sales rep who lied to us about several things just to get a sale. We were told our windows were double pane and they are not, we were told that we would save on our electric bill, we have not, we were told that we would save money on our home insurance, we did not, we were told we would get a certain type of hardware for the front door, we did not. I did find it weird that we were never able to see an itemized breakdown of our purchase with costs… When these issues were brought up to to their manager, they said there was nothing that could be done and they did not take any responsibility with what their sales person had told us. The whole order was wrong and backwards with which direction the windows opened but we ended up just dealing with it since several months had already gone by. The install team they sent was a complete joke. The caulk job looked like garbage. It was super wavy and they got all sorts of dirt and debris in it. They even filled 3 large holes on the outside of our home with foam! That could have caused some serious issues down the road if my husband would not have caught it. The sales manager, Eric, even showed up the day of our inspection( before the inspector ) and frantically installed more screws in the frames because he knew they would have failed inspection. The lack of communication was astounding. They had to come back 4 times just to get everything looking “acceptable”. In the end, I wished I would have done more research and found a different company. You do not get anywhere near quality or professionalism that you pay for. I still to this day have yet to hear back about the complimentary cleaning that was due to us after the install. They did a great installing my windows. They replaced 5 windows and did reframing and sealing of our window box. The contractors were responsive and attentive. The install service was done with excellence and an attention to detail. The windows are great quality at a very reasonable price. The communication throughout the process exceeded my expectations and I am very happy with the final product. We hired paradise exterior for the roof and impact windows for our home. Let me just start with the exceptional service we received with them from start to finish. They literally took 1 day to complete the job on the roof. AMAZING! The only hiccup was the guys forgot to cover our patio furniture after we asked them if they needed to be moved. They assured us it was going to be covered so not to worry. Well, I got home went outside, and my table was all scuffed up. Now, it is unfortunate that it happened, and it was already done, and nothing could be reversed at the moment. I was very upset of course but I do believe, the after math is what matters and how they will address the situation that will make a difference. We got in contact with the company and spoke with Zach regarding the hiccup with our table and he apologized and offered us money to replace the table. Now, the amount doesn't cover a brand-new table but the fact that they did own up and fixed the situation is what matters here. So, I will definitely recommend them and probably be dealing with them in the future again if needed. The integrity and fast work of this company is outstanding. Windows has not been installed yet; they are getting build as I'm writing this review, but I have no doubt and trust that everything will be great on that as well. Thank you, paradise, for taking care of our needs with our home and making our experience with you guys enjoyable.

I would like to say that Jerry, Christine, the entire finance team and the installers were amazing. Christine made sure that we received the best visuals for the windows and explained thoroughly in detail all aspects from benefits of having them to the process . Jerry ensured that we received the best , affordable financial plan possible . We have researched and this by far was the best price and plan. Jerry made sure that all of our questions were answered and kept us updated with each step throughout the process . We have already recommended Paradise Exteriors to family and friends!

*Review Update…It took 4 separate times for Paradise Exteriors to make things right. After seeing my original review, Eric, the owner’s brother, came out to look at my windows and how they were functioning. Prior to him getting there, I explained none of the windows were level. He showed up and was upset that I didn’t call him prior to leaving my review even though he admitted to being out of town anyways. He also came unprepared to the appointment (showed up without a level, then offered to go buy one). Came back, placed the level on top of the windows and agreed, “this one is off by 1/8 of an inch, this one is off by 1/4 of an inch, etc.” Then he arranged for the same crew to come back and try to fix what wasn’t correct the first time around. The guys tried but weren’t successful. Then it got to be time for the final inspection. The only one who should get any credit at this company is Dave! He’s the real MVP! He FINALLY got my windows level and to function without slamming them down. He also replaced the broken glass piece. Thank you, Dave, you’re a true asset to Paradise Exteriors!Original 1 star review…The technicians arrived on time but it was raining so they couldn’t start working until 10:30 or so. They brought the windows up to my second floor condo and one was already broken!!! How does that even happen so easily on an impact window? They looked at me like it was normal and the manufacturer will replace the glass prior to the final inspection. They had to remove my plantation shutters and now they don’t shut correctly. I have to lift up to close them. My windows are also not level and they won’t lock unless I slam the window back down in place! One of my neighbors came over to look at their shoddy workmanship and he tested the windows as well and couldn’t believe it! I waited for over 6 months to get these windows installed and one is cracked in multiple locations and they won’t secure properly. I’m a Realtor and I could’ve referred them to multiple other people but that’s not happening unless they come back to make things right!I wish I could post a video so you could see how the window has to be slammed down in order to lock! These are supposed to be top of the line for safety and security. Good thing I’m on the second floor of my condo building, if I was on the first floor that would really be a nightmare!

Paradise exteriors installed ten windows and three sliding glass doors on my second-floor condominium. The windows were well made of solid and strong triple pane glass and the crew did an excellent installation. Besides the hurricane protection, benefits included blockage of the majority of the sun's heat from directly entering the home, causing a significant reduction in my electricity costs.

Hired this company to do my roof in January. Really liked the sales person. We agreed on a price. I gave them a deposit. I signed the contract. Then I waited 6 weeks for them to get a permit. I finally called to see if they got the permit yet. NO. They decided not to do the job. They waited 6 weeks to tell me . Then it took 3 more weeks to get a refund.No very happy. I really need this roof to be done. Now it will take a couple more months.

I had four other companies out before our Rep from Paradise, Bill Herington came over. He was the only person who talked to me like he was only there to help me and not to push me. They were a little more expensive than the other quotes but they gave me much more security and quality of roof and the warranty. The people who installed were great and left everything clean. I need YELP and Google to have a ZERO or negative number review! DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS!! I saw a discount circular in my mail, and being new here, I reached out to them ! Told the rep on phone —-I’m paying cash and starting out doing 2 windows ONLY! They still agreed for the estimate .Guy comes out and I told him , I wanted some other estimates but it had been a challenge getting estimates because I was paying for 2 windows initially. Guy sat in my living room, showing videos , and gave a nearly 2 hour presentation. Im a single woman and thought this was standard. Guy quoted me $5700 for 2 windows (one of which was a small window over my kitchen sink ). Then when I refused…. Picked up the phone and did what I now believe was a fake call back to his manager . Suddenly the price went down to $4500 but I’d need to give a 10% deposit that day, and allow them to take my picture with their sign for advertising. I’d also have to put a sign in my yard . I took the bait! . Guy took my check for $450 stating , “ I won’t deposit it . You can call me in 3 days after you get more estimates and , if needed, you can cancel by phone with no obligation .” I told him it had been difficult to get estimates and might need more than 3 days—- He then said 10 days to cancel . I trusted him and signed the dotted line. My foolishness for not reading it closely .Call the same salesman to cancel it on day 4 after signing . Suddenly, he can’t help and I need to call the store. Immediately, a manager picks up the phone and is BEYOND rude! Dude yelling that I had only 3 days to cancel and even then, I’d have to put the cancellation in writing and BRING it into their store!! What ????? He quickly told me I should’ve read the fine print and they’d be keeping my $450 check !!! Multiple BBB complaints and complaints on other sites.These guys are crooks!!!! Do not trust them !! Wish to God I had requested he put that call on speaker ! Betcha it was fake !! I’m livid but glad I only lost $450.

Paradise Exteriors, Roofing, Windows, Doors installed 8 impact windows to my home. I am very happy with the thickness of the glass and the workmanship in general. Before installing the windows, they remove the old frame wood for each window and installed new a quality wood to support the new impact windows. The installers were professionals and didn’t leave any thrash behind. I am looking to have Paradise Install impacts door for me along with my kitchen windows to finalize my house. My father hired Paradise Exteriors under the impression that this company was reputable as advertised yet, it has been a complete nightmare. They installed 9 windows that were clearly damaged with cracked glass, broken screens, broken ballast (that hold the windows open), and missing screws. They claimed that all windows were in perfect condition and function properly. Previous to the inspection they demanded a 9,000 dollar payment in the form of a bank tellers check. Following the payment they left as we began our inspection of the windows. Which did not give us the time to inspect the windows together. Then claimed it was to late and refused to do a walkthrough together. As we began to inspect the work in the master bedroom the glass was completely cracked (on an impact window). There is also a defect to the bottom track of the window that is an inch and a half short. The window located at the front of the house were installed too low which causes water to remain stagnant causing damage to the inside of the window frame. My bedroom is a mess. You can’t put up the window without it immediately slamming shut. None of the windows lock properly which is a safety concern especially during these crazy times. The windows also appear to be slanted in the frame. All windows are clearly installed incorrectly and the company stated that there is nothing they could do for nearly two months. When we contacted them they also stated that they were aware of these issues and chose to not tell me before they left my home.Service: Hurricane impact window installation

The entire Paradise Team were excellent in every aspect. They were all courteous, professional and great at their specific job. Overall, the communication was on point throughout the entire process. Each department (sales, permitting, HOA, installation, finance etc...) from Paradise kept in contact with us and kept us abreast of every step throughout the entire process.I wanted to truly commend Carlos and his team of installers. This group of 7 were unbelievable from start to finish. Such a talented, professional, courteous and hardworking group of guys. From the moment they arrived, each person had a job and they did it flawlessly. 14 windows and 2 sets of sliding glass doors and Carrots and his team were fully completed in just under 8 hours. Besides the DUST, you wouldn't have known they were ever there. Awesome job but a great group of guys. A member of Paradise's PR Team (I apologize, I forgot her name) arrived and used a drone to video and document the installation process. She was very friendly and helpful. During the installation of my main sliding glass door, a quarter sized chip occurred in my tile by the door. She photographed the chip and took care of the issue. After the install was compete the chip was covered by trim pieces and a transition strip and was completely covered, and looks GREAT!The installation went great and within a week we had our inspection by the county building department. About an hour or so prior to our inspection, Jorge with Paradise stopped by and made sure everything looked great and was correct before the inspection. Jorge laid out the entire window permit package for the inspector prior to him arriving. The inspection was seamless and passed with ZERO issues. Within a day or so of passing inspection, Paradise schedule is to have all the final window trim pieces to be installed. A few days later, Edgar with Paradise came to the house and quickly installed all of our window trim pieces and he conducted a final walk through. Edgar asked if we had our coupon (Paradise gives you a part of your purchase) to get a window cleaning and a house cleaning, I informed him that we misplaced them and he advised that he would have a replacement coupon mailed to us. At the time of this review we are patiently waiting to receive the coupons in the mail.I have to mention the two displeasures for us during this process. (1) The sales pitch. Scott our salesman is an excellent salesman, he is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable but be prepared to be tied up for several hours (3-4 or more). When it comes time for negotiating price, it gets to be like your at the car dealership with the phone calls back and forth with the "finance manager" to see if they'll approve it or not. This goes on back and forth a couple of times and almost sounds to scripted and rehearsed for sure. After Scott left, my wife and I and my brother joked about how scripted and cheesy that part was, and we all joked and said he was probably calling his wife and not Paradise when this was going on. This is certainly not a criticism against Scott, but the sales pitch process. Scott as a whole was great and we were happy doing business with him. Just cut out the silly games.(2) Our biggest displeasure throughout the entire process was the wait time from the day we signed the contract to the day of delivery was almost 9 months. Of course everything in this day and age is blamed on Covid and supply chain issues.Overall, we are EXTREMELY happy with Paradise and the job that they did, and most importantly the quality doors and windows that they installed in our home. We definitely notice the lack of noise immediately after install was complete. Now we can't wait to see if we benefit from any energy savings with them installed.We highly recommend Paradise to our family and friends for all your new hurricane impact window and door needs. A friend of ours just signed a contract with Paradise on our recommendation.

I would have liked to give 5 but there has only been one perfect person and that was Jesus.Having Paradise Exteriors replace our roof was the best I could have wished for!! The workers were like a hive of bee's. always busy and clean and pleasant. This is the 5th installation of impact windows Paradise Exteriors have done for me and, again, I couldn’t be more pleased. This time impact front door and I expected to have a large clean up after. They left me with no clean up and another perfect job. Very nice men did the work. I highly recommend them.
