The roof of my rental property was eventually required replacement. Andy is the owner at Pine Roofing Services gave me an excellent price for the volume of work to be completed. The work was completed punctually, professionally and the clean-up was excellent. There was additional header work to be completed, and, despite the fact that Andy had a lot of other tasks to complete He was able to go back and finish the extra task. The work was done extremely professionally and at an affordable cost. If you opt for Pine Roofing Services, you are sure to be pleased.

I would like to express my gratitude to Angel and the entire staff from Pine Roofing Services for doing excellent work. The background story is that I was working with other companies to negotiate in conjunction with my insurer in order to have my shingles replaced due hail and wind. Two years later and nothing had changed, so I contacted with Angel and the company he works for Pine Roofing Services went the extra mile convince my insurance company to provide a complete replacement was required. The entire process took about one month.

My 95-year old Mother has resided in the same house for more than 60 years. The low sloped roofing of tar and gravel required constant maintenance for many years. I've accumulated a pile of company cards of roofing companies through the decades. Pine Roofing Services is the first and only roofing company I would wholeheartedly suggest to handle all of your gutters and roofing requirements. Five stars all the way around! We experienced an issue with our bathroom in the middle of super rainy weather. guests were expected the night before and we needed urgent help. Pine Roofing Services sent someone within a half hour, and was able to fix the issue in record time even during the rain! The leak was fixed right away. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the price :)

We had to completely replace the roof of the 1924 house we purchased in the month of March 2023, less than a year after buying the home due to numerous leaks we found in the chimney flashing, the roof deck flashing along with vent pipe flashing. I can assure you, with no hesitation, that each aspect that we worked on together with Pine Roofing Services on this project was very good. We needed for this project the typical roof replacement task--strip off and replace the roof that was previously installed with drip edges, underlayment, flashing, and the new roofing sheathing made of plywood over the 100-year old planks of roofing deck. Also, we needed to make some adjustments to the roof structure such as cutting the ridge vent open and include intake ventilation underneath the eaves. The attic was not ventilated when we purchased the house. Robert was a pleasure collaborate with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in coming up with innovative solutions to our issues of ventilation. He was also accommodating with communications and all the questions I asked. The price estimate was extremely affordable, and the job was completed quickly (admittedly our home isn't huge) The LandMark roofing shingles are architectural and look fantastic and the entire area was cleaned after the project. The most important thing is that the roof hasn't leaked ever again! Overall, I am very pleased and very pleased with Pine Roofing Services. Five five stars.
