I had the manager call me and promised me that he would call me after hearing my concerns and he indicated that he would investigate the issue and make sure I would be taken care if I took my negative experience (review) down but two weeks later, I have yet to receive a callback which is why I am posting my review again.Here was my response to them:I am writing this letter in response to the bill I received for $5000.00. While initially, I was in agreement that I would be responsible for the deductible, I am asking the company to reconsider the owed monies or negotiate the amount owed due to the following reason:Initially, the process was going great. Joseph was very responsive in the initial deadlines of getting approved through the city as well as the HOA. However, after that, it went downhill. The initial conversations was that it would take a few weeks to get the tile in but weeks became months and eventually about an year and half. I understand that there was a supply issue but it did not make sense to me that our neighbor who had the same exact tile as me had his roof done within a few months. While I could have had the option to choose the roofing company that did the job for the neighbor, I wanted to stay committed to your company. I do not want to blame Joseph for this or the project manager who did an excellent job, but the whole process of getting the tiles hit me hard financially.During the year of waiting for the tiles to come in, my insurance company went bankrupt and while searching for another insurance company, no insurance company would insure me as they indicated that the roof had to be complete and pass wind mitigation. I had no choice but was stuck at having my mortgage company choose their own insurance plan at four times the cost of regular insurance rates. I am attaching a copy of the charge for your review.At this time, I am humbly asking that to take this in consideration of waiving this deductible (or provide a negotiated rate) since I had to pay $5800 for the 3 months. I understand that the cost of doing the roof was $24K and you received roughly a little over $64K once the settlement was complete. I am providing a copy of my statement for your review as well. Please take this in consideration.

After getting bids from 5 different companies, we choose Triumph Property Services to replace the roofs of our 3 rental properties, and I am so glad we did. The process was seamless, in large part to Leo and his great communication. If I had a question or concern, Leo responded in a timely manner. He was pleasant and easy to work with. The roof of the last house was completed today and i have already recommended this company to several other people. The Triumph team performed a mold remediation and a large kitchen/interior remodel at my house. David Vega was my project manager and we used his design drawings. It was amazing how he took the entire project from conception to reality. Triumph basically rebuilt most of my interior with modern finishes that probably increased its value by over 150k. They designed and installed a custom range hood that allows me to grill indoors, and the decorative tile backsplash is gorgeous. They took a lot of time communicating and supervising all the workers, their project management team was worth the extra cost. Calvin Sanelli is the project manager for the roofs in my development. My roof required some extra attention and right from the beginning, Calvin was helpful, prompt, and efficient with getting what needed to be taken care of accomplished. My Triumph experience was with an insurance claim for a roof repair and water damage restoration. Throughout the project, the team was timely, professional, and had numerous contractors/experts on the team for whatever we needed whether that was engineers for damage estimates, lawyers to deal w/ the insurance companies, or contractors who were clearly experts in what they do - everyone worked together flawlessly.When we kicked off the actual roof/restoration work, they assigned a project manager, Leo, who was timely and communicative w/ me on status, issues, updates. He answered all my questions (and I have alot!) and always left me pleased w/ our interactions. Anytime there was an issue, he got right on it looking for a solution. He kept the contractors busy and if there was an issue or a roadblock he immediately found a way to solve it, up to sending other contractors out to finish whatever work needed to be done.I am extremely pleased w/ the work and results of the work that the whole Triumph team performed for me on my house and would without a doubt recommend them for any construction work/restoration projects (mine happened to be a new roof, water damage in the garage/ceiling, and some interior painting)!

We had Triumph install our new roof. We were extremely happy with their work. Subsequent to the installation we had a problem with one part of the roof. We developed a slow leak that dripped on to our patio and left a stain. I contacted Triumph and Calvin came out and fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

We suffered major damage to our home in 2022 with Hurricane Ian. Within two weeks we contracted with Triumph to get our roof replaced. Here we are over a year later and our roof has finally been replaced. (Delay was not due to efforts by Triumph. It's the insurance process after a major storm.)We still have some more work that needs to be completed. However, I have to point to the unyielding work of Jodie Bocchino. Throughout this past year she has never ducked a call, has responded to every e-mail, and has followed through on every commitment. These are exceptional qualities to find an employee of a contractor.As you weigh your decision to move forward with Triumph, please consider her work ethic as an indication of the culture they embrace.

This company is probably one of the best in their business that I've ever dealt with. Several months ago my home suffered some severe water damage. It was a massive job to get everything repaired. The insurance was being difficult, but Austin at Triumph would work very hard to communicate with them serval times a week. Using Triumph Property Services was the best thing we ever did! What a team they have! Austin was always available and the owner Josiah makes his company number one. You will not be disappointed!! They did all the heavy lifting by contacting our insurance company and taking care of our claim. We did not have to do anything. Working with the team at Triumph to replace my wind damaged roof was surprisingly easy. Phil walked me through the process and did all the work with the insurance company (including communicating with the adjuster). Kamil and his team had the new roof complete in two days. Melissa and Bruno (in the office) were friendly, accessible and very helpful when working through the final paperwork. Overall a great experience.
