I highly recommend AKVM Construction Group. We've checked over 7 companies and the AKVM gave us the best price. They do a high quality work and are extremely efficient. Our new roof looks exelent now. When I first met Ben, he told me that his team can only begin working on our new roof in three weeks but when I asked him if it's possible to start in 10-14 days instead of 3 weeks, he said yes and they started working in 2 weeks. It only took 2 days for them to have everything done!They cleaned out everything after the work was done - no nails were left on the ground!Thank you AKVM!

Excellent experience beginning to end. Ben was our contact on the job and did an excellent job. Even after the hurricane, Ben gave us a price for a metal roof and held the price as we worked through our insurance (other contractors did not). The job was delayed slightly due to weather. Ben communicated with us with the new timeline (only slipped a week) and was consistently professional. When our new roof was put on, the tear off crew was really nice and clean and the crew to put the roof on was always accommodating of us moving in and out the garage. Best of all, when I see the other metal roofs around our house that were just put on, I can see ours is a higher quality (better, larger edges and flashing with straighter lines). Would not hesitate to use them again.

From contract negotiation through install, we are extremely happy with AKVM and our new metal roof. The same crew took my roof off and did the install in less then 3 days. Fantastic experience start to finish. Second roof with AKVM in the past 6 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a metal roof installed. They installed my doors also as they are a licensed GC. One stop shop! We had a new roof installed after Hurricane Irma. The office staff is helpful & professional, responsive to our questions and our sales rep Ben was a delight to work with too. He was professional & thorough, explaining the different roofs & options as well. The workers did a great job of stripping the damaged roof & installing the new one. It could have been done in 1 day, but took 2 due to the inspection (which passed with flying colors). We are 100% satisfied with the service we received (and the price was fair). Would highly recommend AKVM Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or a repair.

Like most people making a large investment we called multiple companies. We went with AKVM over the other companies due to the professionalism of the sales guy. Ben was both prompt when he showed up and knowledgeable. He took his drone up over the house for a quick look talked with my husband and emailed a quote back promptly. We had a company not even come to the house they called us and told us they would look at online images and send a quote over. The owner lives in my neighborhood and yet couldn’t stop by and talk with my husband over a $18k purchase.The crew and foreman we’re all polite and very responsive with any concerns I had. They had my roof off and a new one on within 3 days. They cleaned up the nails and trash promptly daily. Derek, Ben and AKVM will take good care of you and any concerns you have with buying a new roof. The new vents also look great up there! I have zero qualms about recommending Ben and his company if you need a new roof.

We just had our roof replace. Ben Faris (our sales) is Absolutely wonderful. Fast response to phone calls and text. 100% satisfy with the work. lots of color choices. Ben explained everything very thoroughly. He knows his products very well. The company did a great job. Many crews out to do the job. All done in 1 & 1/2 days.... driveway and surrounded areas were all clean when they finish. They also provide the wind mitigation report for insurance discount. Highly recommended this company.

I am very happy with the work done on my roof. I had two leaks and AKVM came even sooner than expected. The lead roofer AB and his assistant were very nice, pleasant and worked very hard and fast in high heat. They explained everything and left everything clean and tidy. Our roof was just finished yesterday and I want to say that AKVM Roofing is a really wonderful company. They are professional, friendly and helpful. We met the owner, the sales manager and of course spent three days with the crew while they put on our roof and were impressed by all. We didn't have any idea what shingles to get but are very happy with the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles the sales manager, Ben recommended to us. The crew was very professional and organized and every step of the project went smoothly. I'm usually pretty scared about hiring contractors as you hear so many bad stories but with AKVM Roofing I felt they respected me and my property and did a great job. Though this is probably the last roof I will ever need I would certainly pick AKVM Roofing again as they proved I can trust them.

I highly recommend AKVM roofing. They installed a new roof on our daughter's house in Wimauma and installed a new roof on our home in Parrish. They began last Thursday and finished up on Saturday. They did a wonderful job. The roofing crew was very pleasant and helpful. The crew worked HARD up on our roof in spite of the fact that it was 140 degrees up there. Clean up was excellent. They cleaned up our yard both on Thursday and again on Saturday upon completion of the job. One piece of vinyl siding had been shaken loose due to the pounding on the roof, and one of the young men took the time to nail it back up for me, even though I had not noticed it. I highly recommend this company. They were extremely conscientious and thoroughly accommodating. Mr. Peyton Carr, the owner, gave us a very good price for the job. If I outlive this roof, I will certainly use them again.

Just a follow-up to a GREAT job!! In August 2017 AKVM replaced my roof shingles and while they were removing the old , Payton suggested I have hurricane straps installed. What savior that was. Two weeks after completion the hurricane hit. Not one shingle was damaged. And by the way.....I took pictures of the job, including hurricane straps, and brought the pics and copies of all paperwork to my insurance company. I received a $361.00 rebate on my home owners insurance for 2017 and it remains the same discounted price in 2018!! Great company and great service. Highly recommend them!!! Thanks again!!!

When looking for a company to get a new roof, I contacted four. Two of them never even replied. Another sent me an email with a quote, but no personal contact. AKVM Roofing replied to my email with a phone call within and hour. The sales rep (Ben) came out to the house and spent an hour and a half going over everything that would be done and how it would be done and why. All my questions were answered. Several days later, I let Ben know that we were going to use AKVM Roofing and he came back out to the house to finalize everything -- spending another hour with me to make sure everything was right. A date was projected for the work to begin. They were able to start the work well ahead of the projected date. The work crew was amazing. The first day they arrived at 7:30 AM and left at 6:00 PM. The next day, they were there from 7:30 AM to 4:00 P and the job was completed. They also did an amazing job on the clean up. They laid large tarps completely around the house to catch any debris that did not make into the large trash dumpster they had. Each day, everything was cleaned up. The crew worked hard and did a great job. The next day General Manager Mario stopped by for final payment and also to discuss with me how things went and to gauge my satisfaction level. The personal touch and contact is what decided me to use AKVM Roofing for my new roof. If I could give 10 stars I most certainly would. AKVM not only met my expectations but exceed them. From start to finish nothing but professional service. From the 2 hours Ben spent with me going over options and prices to the excellent crew doing the job I was nothing less than impressed. There prices were competitive but the service was extraordinary. They addressed every concern of mine with kind and courteous answers. I got the feeling that they treated my home like it was their own. Finding such professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would recommend AKVM to anyone with the upmost of confidence.
