I have used this company before and have always received stellar service! They are great people to work with and know! This time, I had my roof completely replaced. I absolutely love it! The team are professional throughout the entire process. They are awesome communicators. The office personnel answer all questions and are very knowledgeable of their industry. Tiffany actually helped me select the roof tiles that would go best with my house. The crew members and team lead are easy to talk to and always cleaned up after themselves. Charlie, the owner came out several times and took progress pictures of our roof as the project continued so we could see what was going on at all times. I would give this company a 10 star rating if it were possible. Charlie Rice and his roofing team are amazing. They removed my 1984 barrel tile roof and replaced with shingles. My roof and facias were a mess!! Every day before the roofing crew left, they completely cleaned up my garden, making sure there was no debris left that could hurt my dogs or myself for that matter. The super intendant was so polite and helpful - he told me that he had been working with the owner Charlie for 20+ years! The workers showed up on time everyday, they protected our pool and a/c equipment at all times and all of our plants and shrubs. Charlie has inspected over 50 roofs for me and his team of hard-working and knowledgeable repair workers are outstanding. My clients receive photos of the problem areas and also photos of the repair in-process. His pricing is very fair for both the pre-inspection and the repair work. The pre-inspection costs are deducted from the bill. He is outstanding.
