Very competitive price, fast schedule and deliver, good quality and being honest. I had a roof replacement for a 2000 square feet house and I spoke with Rubio. He is knowledgeable and honest about the procedures and materials which are following the state standard, which some other companies instead advertised as their exceptional quality (or fool customer without professional knowledge). He also recommended lower-cost materials but with similar durability to help save money. Job is scheduled fast and quickly done. Their contract document looks simple (only 1 page) as non-typical, but it neither means unofficial nor no-commit.
