I found Southeastern Roofing by researching social media sites as highly recommended. I see why! The representative that took my call and scheduled my inspection was very friendly and professional. Citizens insurance required a roof repair. The representative David came out the next day as scheduled. He called in advance with estimated arrival time. He was extremely friendly and helpful. After doing a thorough inspection on my roof he gave me all the details and recommended no repairs needed. What, really?! I got a signed detailed inspection with photos sent that evening which I sent to my insurance agent. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and integrity! How refreshing!! They will definitely be my first call when roofing work is needed. I highly recommend!

Shout out to Southeastern Roofing & Construction. They are the only Roofing company I'll ever use. I had a smaller roof repair that needed done. Found some wood rot on the corner of my house. They did an amazing job and I'm super happy with it.Most tradesmen I've found just chase big jobs or don't care enough about customers. No job is too small for Southeastern and you can tell they really care about people. They helped my mom with a shingle repair last year and me this year. They clean up after themselves, they take pride in their work, and they treat your roof like it was their own.So glad I found such a good local company here worth trusting. We noticed some stains on our ceiling and suspected a roof leak, and a number of people in our neighborhood recommended Southeastern so we gave them a call. We could not have had a better experience. Jason went the extra mile from start to finish. Brad was on site immediately when it was discovered that the issue was a little bit more than expected. The work crew worked tirelessly to get the job complete in just over a day. Brian was onsite after the job and showed me the entire repair in detail using a drone. Jason even came back a couple days after the job was complete and already paid in full and painted the flashing and the section of the wall adjacent to the roof. A 5 star experience from start to finish.

Due to wear and tear I needed to replace my roof. Jason Nelson and Brad House were enormously professional and timely in helping me through the process. Everything was explained fully and proposed in writing before we proceeded. Once underway their crew under Brad’s supervision were professional and diligent in getting the job done. The old roof was stripped and sealed with the new roof underlay the first day. The very next day they shingled half the roof and notified the county inspector that it was ready for inspection. On the third morning the inspector came, signed off on the job and the crew finished it’s work. Throughout, the job site was kept clean and there was no debris left on the ground each day. Can’t say enough about this company and how responsive they were to any questions I had throughout the process. There were no surprises at any point during this re-roof project.
