Jesse came recommended to me and came out quickly to quote us a price that I felt was fair. I had received a few other quotes that just seemed a little too high. The work was done quickly and the new roof looks great. No issues no problem, and a very fair price for it! I would highly recommend Total Roofing and, if you need a roof or repair, at least get a quote from him! I am glad I did!

Stay far away from this company. Took advantage of my parents and never called them back to repair a leaking roof. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent on the repair, paid in full. Water continued to leak into the attic. The roof was leaking after the repair in September 2023. The company never returned calls. Take your business elsewhere and run from this fly by night company.

Total Roofing performed well from initial interview through final clean up. Jesse provided a competitive price and kept all promises. I required a roof replacement, inspection for truss tie down and Wind Mitigation follow up to reduce homeowners' insurance. Everything was perfect, completed on time with no surprises. Jesse is very responsive - I needed it done quickly as my homeowner's insurance was expiring within the month. No hidden costs. Roofers were great: friendly, conscientious - surrounding home with tarps and used a magnet for any shards or nails so we won't cut our feet. And the price was very good.Service: Roof installation

Total Roofing Contractors installed a New Roof on my house July 2020. On 4/28/2023 I called and talked to Jesse and told him I had a leak. He asked where I lived I told him Rosedale he Immediately went into this long story about how the Rosedale community has been nothing but problems. Not sure what that had to do with me and my leak on a roof he installed. he agreed to come out the following Monday between 10-12. I waited until 12:30. at that time I called and asked when he would be out. He said he totally forgot and would come Tuesday between 10-12. again I waited until 12:30 and called again. this time no answer and no reply to several texted messages I have left him. Now from what I found on doing my research is I believe Jesse dad Earl is the original owner. And he is probably the reason the company has done so well. Jesse has now probably taken over and if he continues to treat customers like me he will run it into the ground. I have been in business for myself for over 40 years and your company and name is only as good as your workmanship and how you stand behind it. Hopefully if you need a new roof or repairs you use caution using this company.Service: Roof installation

Totally satisfied with my roofing job. Earl came out and gave me an estimate on the spot very friendly and knowledgeable. Where two other companies said they would not do the job, Total Roofing said they would. The installers were friendly, skilled hardworking and clean. Left my place cleaner than when they started. You could try the rest, but Total is the best, believe me I know!

We have know Earl for many years. In 2015 we needed to replace our roof but we also needed to do the prudent thing and vet other contractors to make sure we were making the right decision. I thought total roofing was okay at first after they did the roof. It took a month to get the final inspection because there's always something wrong with the paperwork. I was supposed to have a wind mitigation inspection done and to this date 3 months after the installation I still do not have the wood mitigation report from them. I had to get another wood mitigation report and pay for it out of my pocket because of the insurance becoming renewable. Unfortunately the wind mitigation report failed and I notified total roofing immediately the report says I use 6-in nails instead of 8 inch nails I have been trying to get this rectified ever since they keep referring me to another number for the wind mitigation since it is a third party I have text them numerous times and have never gotten a response at this point I feel like total roofing just put a roof on and forgot about me and I would not recommend them anymoreService: Roof installation

Total Roofing was low bidder on the re-roof of my flat roof on a 50's era building. All went well, they did everything they should have done plus more without question or extras. If it was rotted, they replaced it! I was there the whole time. I am a retired licensed general contractor in Florida and 20 other states. I would recommend them without question. Juan was the foreman and has been with them for 14 yrs. Most roofers charge extra for every nail. Not Total Roofing.

Totally unprofessional and misleading people as to their one year warranty. They repaired three areas of my roof and two weeks later, 2 of 3 repairs leaked again. Called them back and were told these were "new leaks" and wanted an additional $1,100 to repair them. Don walk away from these people, RUN !

So I call to get and estimate for a roof extension...I gave the. All the prints to give me an accurate price..I asked for an expedited quote as I'm ready to move on this project.... Farris said they get back to me as soon as they could.... 3WEEKS LATER I GET A CALL SAY THEY CANT EVEN GIVE ME A PRICE. BECAUSE THEY ARE TO BUSY WITH MILLION DOLLAR JOBS...... The crew took a day and a half preparing the roof. My house was built in 1925. They nailed every board down as per code and replaced all bad areas. They really went above and beyond. Recommend 100 percent...
