Very very happy with our new roof!I got estimates from 4 other companies and John Scot answered all my questions before I even asked. They are super thorough, cover all the bases, use the best products out there and have great customer service.I also have to note that we have 3 very large skylights. Of the 4 companies we got estimates for, 2 said they had no clue what skylights they would use or the price but wood look into it, 1 offered us the same lower quality skylights we already had, and only John Scot new exactly what skylights he would use and they are some of the best on the market.The guys worked really hard and pretty much got the whole roof done in one day other than a few last minute details and clean up.I have a large garden all around my house with loads of plants. They spent hours going through looking for any debris delicately combing through all my plants.They covered my pool with a large tarp and swept off my whole pool deck. The yard looked better after they left than before they got here!Highly recommend supporting this local business!

John Scott Roofing did a fantastic job with my home. My roof looks amazing! His company came in with the lowest estimate, and John was patient in explaining the process, shingle options, along with providing samples and explaining the warranty. These guys do good work, and don't take you to the cleaners along the way. While repairing my roof, 7 sheets of plywood and 122' of 2x4 were needed to replace the damaged areas of my roof. There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. My neighbor was so impressed by how good it looks, and how fast they knocked it out they called him too. I definitely recommend John Scott Roofing, and will use him for all my future needs. We hired John Scott Roofing after getting several estimates for a new roof. The house we purchased had a 22 year old roof and we new we needed a new one. Bill G. came out to give me an estimate and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain the process so that I could understand it. I have some difficulty because of my many disabilities and I sometimes repeat myself but Bill took his time and answered my numerous questions and made me feel very comfortable. (Other companies who came to give estimates made me feel rushed.) Even when I called him several times with questions, he was always gracious and helpful. The team that installed our roof were incredible! They worked almost non stop for a day and a half and the results speak for themselves. Awesome job! My roof looks fantastic!!!! After about 5 estimates for a new roof ranging from $10,000-$28,000, John from John Scott Roofing came out. He actually went up on our roof (no drones) and took pictures. explained the process, gave us shingle options, showed us materials that would be used and explained the warranty. Imagine our surprise when his quote was the lowest and had the best warranty. All I could say was “Where do we sign.” He gave us a number to call if we needed financing. His workers were courteous. They arrived on time, cleaned up before they left. My roof looks really fantastic!!!! We paid exactly what we were quoted. Neighbors come by and tell us how good it looks. I just had my roof replaced by John Scott Roofing and I couldn't be happier with it! John was very personable and explained the whole process from start to finish, answering all the questions I had. There was more damage to the underlying plywood than expected, and I did pay more than the original quote, but that was explained to me beforehand so it was not an issue. The roof looks beautiful! I'm very happy with how punctual they were, and with how quickly and efficiently the roofers worked. You may find a company to replace your roof for a cheaper price, but you get what you pay for in the end. I did get several estimates and I will say that John Scott Roofing was not the cheapest or the most expensive estimate I received but I felt they were the best value and they did not disappoint. John Scott Roofing made the entire process of having to get my roof replaced simple and easy. John was very helpful explaining the entire process including the paperwork, payment and answering all of my questions in an expeditious manner. They even took care of providing an independent wind mitigation specialist afterwards that was included in the price and also filed GAF’s military discount. The roof looks great and my property was left completely clean and free of nails (They had someone with a magnate sweeping around the house several times a day).
