If we had to do this experience all over again, we would! Ed & Shannon O’Neill, with Protech, were phenomenal! They were thorough, patient, kind, available, and made this experience so much easier. The crews that did the roof and gutters were wonderful! They checked in, were kind, and cleaned up as they went. We fell back in love with our home and can sleep knowing the roof is taken care of! I would highly recommend this team! The before and after says it all!

After 4 estimates and weighing all the pros and cons what can we say but" Protech Roofing did an excellent job with everything!" Our metal roof turned out beautiful!!!! We wanted to express our thanks to Joe,our sales person who gave us the estimate and the explanation of the work that would be done. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained what the job entitled, what material would be used, who was coming and when and if we had a question or an issue all we had to do was text and he would respond within a couple of hours. We felt everything was synchronized and timed perfectly. We would like to also thank Sergio and his crew - that were great and funny. They completed the work in a timely manner. 125% SATISFACTION !!Now let me explain.THE DEALI was in the need of a roofing company, I called a couple and they all showed up gave me my options single/metal along with their estimates. Between all of them there was about a $3500 margin of difference, two of them made it sound like they were at their rock bottom with no room to move. When Protech, (Joe) came out he gave me the estimate and he was actually the highest of the three. I was honest with and told him that he was the highest, when he asked if the they were in the ballpark I showed him the lowest estimate. Joe told me he would have to take this to his boss. Joe called me back, beating the other estimate, gave me a 15 year workmanship warranty verse 10 year, the metal was coming from the same place.THE COMPANYThey showed up when they said would (every day for 5 days), they protected my pool with a tarp, ran the magnet for nails/metal every day, completed the roof on time. After completing, the permit was finalized with fling colors, they contacted me to verify my satisfaction, a final magnet sweep was made and Cheyanne scheduled the balance payment with Joe. At the balance payment meeting Joe gave me the lien release, a paid in full receipt, and the warranty paperwork.The way businesses conduct themselves now days I feel like the experience with this company was, "OVER THE TOP". Bottom line, they told me what they would do and then did what they said they were going to do, PERIOD.Thank you PROTECH

When trying to commit to a new roof the first thing that comes to my mind is unfortunately I’ll have to deal with people working on my house on my property and salesmen trying to push me into things we have to buy or upgrades I don’t understand. With Protech we didn’t have any of those issues. It was completely stress and trouble free. The crew was extremely professional and courteous to myself and my neighbors. I had a commercial client who needed a roof on her building or her insurance was going to cancel her, referred her to Norman who handled everything in such a timely fast and professional way! He went out to meet my client and her contractor, walked the roof, which no one does anymore, explained everything to her in a way which she could understand and feel confident making this HUGE investment on 3 commercial buildings! He went above and beyond sending me photos before I even needed to ask! Due to the fast and efficient service we were able to save her insurance and she got a great quality roof and a long term relationship with not only Protech but Norman as well! If your looking for a new roof, look no further then Protech. This team was amazing throughout the entire process. Joe (owner) stayed in contact with us and even came out to the house for a sit down convo. I'm old school so had to shake the man's hand and look him in the eye. Glad I did because this team was very professional, picked up all their trash and kept us updated step by step. Oh, they were also about 25% cheaper and used the same or beter materials then the other roofing companies. They use local products, are local and take care of the locals. What more can you ask for with a business. Thanks for making this easy and we will be recommending you to our friends.

Let’s start with our sales representative Joseph Pchelka, polite professional, no gimmicks, great follow up, attention to detail, and gave a fair price for a great job.Superintendent Norm Ortega who visited the job site frequently and entertained the many questions I had. Again outstanding.Sergio the foreman who ran the crew who did the work on my roof. What a great man and a great crew. Sergio is definitely the center of gravity for this company, his attention to detail and work ethic is unmatched!So how was the work? Seven days of grueling stripping of my roof, replacing damaged plywood, deck preparation and then the installation of a standing seam metal roof. Simply hard work with beautiful results! Timely. Responsive. Thorough. I am very well pleased with every interaction I've had with Protech. From the scheduling and administration with Cheyenne to the estimate and contract agreement with Joe to the installers to Norm, the foreman. The entire process took about 3 weeks, the longest being scheduling for a quote. Joe responded to any questions I had in a timely fashion. We were originally planning for install the week of Feb 20th, but surprisingly I received a call the next day after contract signing saying we'll deliver supplies tomorrow (2/9) and begin install the following day (2/10). I was surprised they'd start on a Friday... Because of all the many reviews I read from various roofing companies during my search process, I was concerned about supplies being left in the elements for weeks before work began. Joe and Cheyenne assured me this wouldn't happen and they were right. Bright and early that Friday morning I opened my garage to see the installer pulling in. I was shocked. I work from home so the noise starting at 7am sharp for 2 days was not desired BUT I'd rather that than the job being prolonged. They were careful to protect my lawn, shrubs, and driveway. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful. Norm came by to ensure everything was in tact and debris was contained. As promised, in 2 days the job was complete. I had a beautiful, new roof! They spilled a little of the tack on my front porch tile and once I notified Norm, he sent someone out right away to clean it up. I am VERY PLEASED with Protech and the company they used for the dumpster. Almost forgot to mention, we had them change out our old discolored, plastic skylights for 2 glass skylights, which I absolutely love. I love that I can now see the sky and not just hear the rain. I wasn't happy about receiving a change order for the additional wood that was needed, but not enough to hold that against them. The level of customer service outweigh that snafu. The entire process was incredibly painful free. The sales consultant Joe was very professional and always showed up on time and if for some reason he was running late he called and texted to let me know. The team themselves were also very good they replaced my roof in a day and a half and left the yard cleaner than what it was upon they're arrival. Everyone from Protech was professional, courteous, and respectful. Don't waste your time getting quotes just go with Protech, you won't regret it.

We purchased our home a couple of years back believing the roof had been replaced two years prior, (a view of the permit history confirmed that a Hernando County roofing company had indeed replaced this roof four years ago). After suffering numerous leaks and the original company failing to repair we engaged Protech to replace our roof in its entirely. They discovered an enormous amount of rotten wood, poor workmanship and inferior quality materials during their roofing process. They provided us with detailed pictures that were clear, concise and was confirmation the previous roofing company failed to roof the house properly. Protech began work on time, very professional, showed us everything they were going to do to make us happy. They were on budget, they cleaned up all of their materials we couldn't be happier. Everything about Protech Roofing Services is top notch, I highly recommend them. When I called for an estimate, the receptionist was friendly and fit me in for an appointment date two days later. The sales manager, Joe Pchelka, showed up on time and inspected the roof. Joe is extremely professional and personable. Work began on the roof within a month of signing the contract and was completed in two days. The new roof is beautiful, and the workman left no trace of ever being there – my yard was spotless. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the choice very easy on who was the best option for a new roof. I was placed on their schedule within a timeframe that accommodated my timely needs.
