Getting a new roof can be stressful. From first contact to completion, every member of Tripeak was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive.The sales rep, Cliff, took time to listen to my needs and wants, explain alternatives, respond to concerns, and always communicate Tripeak's desire to ensure I would be happy with the process and results.When an unexpected issue came up (it is construction, after all), Cliff and the crew chief, Tommy, made sure I understood the situation, patiently calmed my fears and offered a best way forward. Tommy's obvious pride in his work ensured his attention to detail. He and his crew were professional, quick and left my property as clean as when they arrived.The inspector assures me both the materials and work are quality, giving me peace of mind. I genuinely believe I received great value for the cost. I am so happy I chose Tripeak. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a carefree experience with my recent roof installation by Tripeak Roofing. Our salesman, Cliff, was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I had a few roofing companies quote on the installation, I’m glad I chose Tripeak. Their pricing was very competitive, the installation was quick, everything was done in one day, product delivery, installation and cleanup. The workers were very respectful of my property. It was like they were never there…except for the new great looking quality roof. I highly recommend Tripeak.

1st the estimate! ( I got several )The guys were professional, friendly and courteous, they came to the door knocked and introduced themselves.They got on the roof inspected and measured within a few minutes they were done.Mind you this was the first company to be on time for the estimate. ( Others Set appointments but either never showed or came a few days later)2nd materials and knowledge!Top quality materials, they were able to answer any and all questions lol even the stupid ones I had 😂The price!With the cost of everything skyrocketing they were by far the most reasonable per sheet of plywood and facia board replacement including labor.They were also the cheapest estimate I received ( yes I was a bit concerned being how much cheaper they were, almost 2k )Within a few minutes of speaking with them I had already decided I was going with this company ( before I even got the total cost ) as I said they arrived on time, introduced themselves, were professional, knowledgeable and honest.I signed the contract and put 50% down.Permitting!This took about a week or so and once the permit was issued there was a employee at my door again knocking and introducing themselves to hang the permit.I also received a call from the office stating someone would be by with the permit.Phone calls/text messages and emails!Once the permit was pulled and hung I received a call from the office as well as an email confirming the color shingle and drip edge as well as when the job would be started. I also received an email confirming the start date and another call the day before the start date.2 days prior to them starting the job all the materials were delivered by the company I hired ( not some other company pulling the big truck in my driveway and cracking my driveway ) I did receive a call letting me know the materials were being delivered. ( I let it go to VM 😂 ) when I arrived home the materials were stacked nice and neat out of the my way.Doing the job!The guys were professional, they showed up at like 6:45am 🤮 😂 I'm not a morning person 😁By 11am my roof was completely bare and the new drip edge was installed along with the peel and stick barrier.( They were working hard )I got the guys some pizza and soda for lunch. They came down ate and right back to work.By 3pm my roof was just about done they were finishing up the ridge vent.I am not joking it was noisy but it's obviously to be expected.( Find something to do for the day 😂 ) unless you are like me and want to watch.They cleaned up everything including going around the property with a magnet for any loose nails/ plastic bags/old tar paper/old shingles.I don't ever write reviews but they did such an amazing job I just had to let ppl know.I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends and anyone else who asks.One thing I can't forget is also the warranty, not 5 not 10 but 15 years labor and of course materials included.Anyone in need of a roof/reroof or repair should definitely contact this company.AWESOME JOB GUY'S!Thank you!Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation

Sales personnel was terrific. Cliff answered any and all questions. Took multiple calls and texts at all times of day and weekends. Cliff traveled during personal time in order to visually assist with ideas and concerns.At the conclusion of the project, during the inspection Tyler took care of an opportunity that came up. They handled an additional service at no cost to us.We have recommended Tripeak Roofing to at least 3 friends.We would use Tripeak Roofing again if we needed to.

Ephraim and his crew did such a good job on my roof the metal roof that they installed for me is beautiful. I highly recommend this company for any of your commercial or residential roofing needs. The office Amanda is so great to deal with. All my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The owners are easy to get ahold of any issues that come about are taking care of same day, and they have a 15 year labor warranty.
