I am fortunate to have been able to get my entire roof replacement service from JCM Roofing & Restoration. From the first day I contacted them everything was very easy and efficient. I begin by mentioning Angel, he gave me the confidence to be able to make the best decision for replacing the roof of my house. He made an excellent first impression, very professional and explained all the necessary details of what was being quoted. After confirming, the communication for the steps to follow with the company was first class. After finishing the job Jason came to do a small inspection of the work done and he was super friendly and also explained everything in detail. This business is a friendly and very competent company. The crew was kind, friendly, and respectful. They arrived at the job site on time and finished the work quickly. They did a beautiful job with our roof replacement. They were very efficient, cleaned up all the trash, and did a good job of making sure there were no nails in the yard. This company is amazing! My insurance company is Security First Insurance and JCM Roofing and Restoration is part of their network. My roof needed to be replaced and since I highly trust Security First from my past experience, I knew I could trust JCM. I have to say the glowing recommendations and the positive reviews I found on Google proved to be true. From the time Angel called to make the appointment until the completion of the job, it has been a positive process all the way. I was impressed with Angel’s professionalism and his genuine caring for the customer. I’m an elderly lady who has been in and out of the hospital and Angel treated me like a mother with respect. He explained every single step. He was skilled in customer relations by accurately setting my expectations. He was consistent in his follow up calls. The workers who did the work were also polite. And oh how they were diligent in completing the work in one day! My neighbors were impressed with their tenacity. When the work was finished, you could hear applause in the neighborhood!!! I also must mention Zack also from JCM who came by to inspect the next day. Zack was also a sterling example of professionalism. Sara in the office stayed on top of the follow up emails and phone calls. She’s a great asset to JCM. Jason another fantastic employee who is one of the supervisors called to make sure the workers could get through my gated community. He also exemplified wonderful customer service. Angel remarked what a hard worker Jason is which showed me that this company not only cares about the customers but they care about each other like a family! JCM’s employees have outstanding synergy which results in incredible benefits to their customers!!!!

I was in the process of moving to Deltona, and as people know buying a home can be stressful. Especially when the home you want to buy has a 20 year old roof and the mortgage company has a problem giving you a loan without homeowners insurance and you learn that in Florida no one insures a house with a 20 year old roof! So as my wife and I are on our only trip to Florida from Charlotte running errands and inspecting the house and all that, the biggest obstacle to being homeowners is this roof. We say, Oh no, now we need a roofer! And then we look at the truck in front of us and who is it? JCM ROOFING. We call the number and Juan, owner, answers the phone and we start talking and immediately this guy makes me feel better about everything. He does the inspection, gets us our quotes, suggests a few plans of actions, and BAM! We close with a solid plan, and within a month we have not only a new roof, but through his network we have a new exterior paint, solar panels, and gutters as well. Juan did a marvelous job of scheduling everything and bringing the best, friendliest people to complete the jobs as scheduled. I will use them again in the future.I was initially upset with this company because my exhaust and recessed lighting came out after the roof repair. I thought it was just going to be an unresolved issue that I would have to deal with myself. I'm glad to say that they actually came to my house a few hours after I mentioned the issue and fixed it. They also replaced my shingles very quick and they didn't leave any mess behind. They started on my roof in the morning and completed in the afternoon. I'm glad they also came back and corrected their mistakes.
