Excellent service. Dave was earlier than they said he would arrive. He introduced himself and removed his shoes before entering the house. He explained what he was doing and showed me where the water originated. We have a slab floor expecting the worse but thankfully it was in the wall and not the floor. After a little moving of furniture he identified the valve to the ice maker in the other room was leaking. I would use them again. Great job!

I had a very pleasant experience with Able Leak Detection. The plumber came and inspected an outside flooding area. He determined that the water was not coming from my house. He made the most of his time by checking every toilet, water heater and our water filtration system. My water bill has never been lower since his visit. Very professional gentleman.

Dave never found a leak. Came on a Monday looking like he drank a bottle of vodka the night before. Charged me $150 and wasted my time. Couldn't give me a straight answer whenever i asked a question. Didn't look like he knew what he was doing. He had a faulty pressure gauge that he would manually spin around when he didn't work.Is this company serious ?

Dave is very good at what he does. He was very thorough and explained everything to me step by step. He found my leak in a short period of time. I thought for sure I had a slab leak but with in minutes Dave told me he didn't think it was a slab leak which was music to my ears. Shortly after he found my leak and he was right it wasn't in the slab. I've got to admit that was the best 250.00 dollars I have spent in a long time. I was able to get an appointment with Able Leak Detection very quickly to determine if we had a leak in our home. Their technician checked our yard and home thoroughly and found no evidence of a leak inside or outside the house. He gave me his report and advised me of my next step to contact the water department.Luckily I was able to get a refund from the water department. We've had a leak somewhere in our home but could not find the source after our home warranty company sent a plumber out to attempt to find and repair it. Repair was with 2 of our Condo units. Both the service person for the leak was very polite and explained to the owners the issue. The plumber who later came repaired the drain for tub. The unit below had to have whole cut in the ceiling. He was a pleasant person and very great at his job and explaining to the owners. He cleaned both units where he worked and did a great job. We had a mystery leak in our master closet that seemed to come out of nowhere. Mike arrived and was excellent! He was super patient and was determined to find the leak. After much hunting the leak was found. We had the AC company repair the leak as this was their doing ( a whole other story) and then Able sent the rest of the crew out to clean up, remove the mold and dry everything out. The service was outstanding from everyone who helped on our job. They were meticulous in cleaning up and making sure our home was safe and in good co diction for us. I called Able based on Google reviews and they did not disappoint! I was very lucky and found them via Google as no one could make a recommendation when I discovered a leak including my plumber. I called and Kim was fantastic and tried to get someone out that day but they could not fit me in. They came the next day at the appointed time and found the problem pretty quickly. They were very patient with my questions and I found the cost to be very reasonable for an "emergency" situation. I have recommended them several times since they were out in February and my plumber plans to recommend them to his other clients. They will be my first call if this situation happens in the future.

Very professional company. This was the second leak detection company that came out. The first company was unsuccessful in determining the location of the leak. Able Leak Detection was onsite within a few hours of the initial phone call and was able to locate the leak in about an hour which was in a large parking lot of a commercial plaza. Able is reliable, Dave came on time and did a thorough leak detection evaluation. He did visual evaluation along the FLIR infared device and ultrasound. I was pleased with getting the report back the same day in my email was great. Price was less than I had expected!

We heard a leak in the back of our house. I called a "chain" company first and told them we had no signs of water in our home, but the meter was spinning fast. They sent a plumber who did the same thing we did- check fixtures and the meter with his eyes and ears. He scoffed at the sounds we heard, but also said he was baffled we had no water in the house, and determined we needed Leak Detection. He then needed to call this service for the following day. What a racket.Then I found Able Leak Detection. For half the price, they sent me Dave The Leak Guy within 2 hours. He brought with him the equipment necessary to do the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and helped to calm my nerves as I awaited the bad news. Dave found not one, but THREE leaks! One on the side of the house, and 2 in the front which were in our dining room -sub. He and his team walked me through my options carefully. I hope I don't need them again, but if I spring another leak, I'll be calling Able for sure!
