Mike came out to further diagnose our electrical issues. He was completely focused on the root cause and not just addressing the symptoms. After looking at multiple things, he asked if we could call Duke and have them do a load test…and you know what, he was EXACTLY correct! There was an issue at the transformer and Duke fixed it in 10 minutes. Absolutely blown away by the incredible people at ACS – genuine, honest, and focused on making their customers happy.

Brian T. was a sweetheart of a tech! Besides sweet & polite, he was extremely patient explaining everything going on with our old AC unit & our choices for repairs or a replacement.
