The crew Charlie and his boys were very respectful professional and boy they were quick. We had a roof-over done on our carport and attached to our existing roof-over on the house. As the guys worked the winds increased 30 mph with over 40 mph gusts. The guys could have stopped and said it was too much but they worked and struggled through it and did a fantastic job…what devotion they showed to their craft and their clients. We can’t express how pleased we were with this company! I had to reschedule, trying to get the job finished before our home insurance ran out and they were able to do that for us. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the product, fully explaining what they would be doing. The workers were polite, worked hard and finished in one day. They cleaned up all the debris before they left, if not for the wonderful job they did you wouldn’t have known we had a construction job done!Some of our neighbors compliment their work and how disappointed they were with the company they hired.

I can’t recommend this company enough! From start to finish, my experience was A+. Everyone involved in my membrane roof project knew their stuff cold. Melvin inspected my roof and gave me an honest quote that was honored. The installers, Chris and Rob, were friendly, professional and hard-working. They paid attention to detail and went above and beyond repairing pre-existing damage that a previous owner had just put a band aid on. They also discovered, and re-vented, my attic vents that had been shingled over on the last roof job. Post-install, Jessica, Stephanie and everyone in the back office were great, coordinating the county inspection (easy-peasy) and answering the questions that always come up after a project is done. As a consumer, I look for a good deal. A roof is a major expense and one that needs to last a long time. I researched types of roofing systems, got quotes on shingled roofs with two companies and explored thermal barrier paints for the Florida room addition. For covering a manufactured home with a Florida room, a membrane roof (“the wrap”) was not only the most economical option, but its proven to be the best. First, it was one and done. The wrap covers *everything*. One company, one roof. (And it’s as tough as any shingled roof, if not tougher.) Second, I can’t believe how much cooler it is in my house. Seriously! I thought it was the walls that were poorly insulated in my manufactured home. No, it was the roof. With the extra insulation and reflective membrane, my electric bills have *plummeted*. The Florida room is SO much cooler, and the AC has no problem knocking the heat down anymore on 90 degree-plus days. Third, and this surprised me the most, it’s so much quieter. The ambient noise in my densely populated manufactured home community has been dampened quite a bit. Lastly, not all roof companies that offer a wrap are created equal. In addition to the top-notch quality, this is a true family-run business, going on 20 years, that offers a lifetime warranty on their product. They’re going to be around for a while…and so is my roof. If you are living in a manufactured home in Florida, a wrap with All Florida Weatherproofing & Construction is the ONLY way to go. All Florida Weatherproofing installed a TPI roof-over on our 12 year old manufactured home in June 2018. My wife & I were very satisfied, beginning with our first contact with the company, meeting with the estimator, the installation, the clean up, & the follow up. Each step was professional, cordial, & met or exceeded our expectations. We were happy that despite numerous storms, the install was done within 2 days of the original start date! I had a chance to talk with our Casselberry building inspector when he stopped to inspect. He made very favorable, complimentary comments about the materials being used, as well as the two installer's procedures. Our new roof & insulation is installed uniformly over the carport roof and whole house. It's quieter, the a/c temperature inside is much more stable on hot afternoons, and of course our troublesome leaks are fixed! We could not be more pleased!

One of their trucks was driving like a lunatic on 275. Big pickup with a big trailer and they were getting a foot off the rear bumper from cars in front of them, cutting others off and then continuing to tailgate while going 20+ over. Wouldn’t trust an employee like that anywhere near my house.

We had a Membrane roof put on our low slope mobile home by All Florida Weatherproofing and Construction. We live in Tavares, Florida. Have 1800 sq foot including a large screen porch that was also part of the re-roofing. The 3 men who showed up were so good. They worked quickly and efficiently. Tore off the old over-roof and got to work putting up insulation and the new membrane roof. Worked until 7 pm at night. Cleaned everything up. I was initially impressed with the roof replacement this company did for my neighbor. We both needed a new roof after hurricane Ian. For me, it was a great experience by maybe the most professional contracting company I've ever dealt with.The office staff always answered the phone within 4 rings, and it was more talking to high end staff you'd speak to at a law firm. They were knowledgeable about what I needed and how to get me on track as soon as possible. The estimator, a guy named Marc, was able to assess what I needed and give me what I considered a very reasonable cost estimate. At a time, when I was hearing horror stories from other folks about cost estimates, I was very impressed.Because of hurricane supply issues, they had to schedule me out more than a couple of months in advance. They showed up a week early. When the job was complete, my membrane covered roof looked a pristine white and sealed perfectly. Along the way, they repaired an area that needed some leak attention and much to my surprise replaced every roof vent with the latest tech equipment for that, something I wasn't expecting. The crew was a group of 4 guys who clearly had been working for the company for some time and able to explain answers to my questions in detail.In the end, I was pleased to write the check for their services, and stopped telling my many neighbors, who also needed repairs and or replacement, how much I paid because it was only making them feel bad. These guys were so polite and they worked so efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves. My only complaint which has really nothing to do with them was the wait time. I had to wait 10 weeks and then there was a slight mess up with the permit but the roof is beautiful and is comes with a lifetime guarantee and it's anchored against hurricanes who doesn't want that in a roof?

This company did a very good job installing my new membrane roof. They were on time, fast and efficient during the installation and did a good job of cleaning up my yard. There was a cosmetic issue on one side of my home along the drip edge and I simply held back a portion of the balance due and they returned, without any problem, and completed the job to my satisfaction. The sales staff, the 3 man crew that completed the entire roof in a day and the office staff were all easy to deal with and most accommodating. Roof was done in a timely manner after the storm at the scheduled time. After the work was preformed I did a inspection and gutter was full of screws and debris which I removed and the chalking in the gutter around down spouts and the end caps was not smeared in you, I cleaned them and spread out the chalking which could have caused leaking gutters, down pouts were to short and rubber roofing needed stretched out because it was flapping in the wind after a couple weeks they returned and performed work to correct issues. very satisfiedServices: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof installation
