Leroy Baker and his friendly crew did a fantastic job on my roof. I had a two story home with seven dormers and it looks fantastic. It is a family business and the crew are members from his church. They clean up the yard and driveway each evening, taking care and showing respect for my home and yard. I highly recommend using this honest man and his roofing crew.Service: Roof installation

We called a few companies for estimates to replace the roof on our commercial building. We chose Bakers Roofing since my husband was familiar with them and they have been in business in Clearwater for a long time. They came out promptly and provided a fair estimate and within days were replacing the roof. Upon our own inspection, Mr. Baker was out supervising and overseeing the work. It was completed within a week. Their crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The roof looks great! Lakisha who manages the office was very efficient in communicating with us and the city to get the permits. They are an honest hard working company. True to their word, I would happily recommend them for your next Roof replacement.Service: Roof installation

They do not know how to install a metal roof and should not have quoted and said they did. We’ve been trying to get our “new” roof fixed for over a year. It didn’t look new when they installed it because they cut the metal wrong, installed pieces incorrectly, and all sorts of other issues. So eventually they came to fix it, and in that process forgot to seal the vents and we had a leak inside our brand new ceiling. They “fixed” it again and a few months later leaking again. We’ve had lousy customer service, been yelled at, and obviously are quite frustrated. Perhaps he does fine shingle roofs, I can’t say.Edit to add: our roof is leaking AGAINService: Roof installation

I read the other reviews and thought I would add mine, even though it's a little late. In 2005 Baker's replaced my roof due to hurricane damage and within a couple years had it repaired once by them. The other leaks were repaired by others, at least 3 times. The first were two huge leaks in my office around the ceiling vent during a rain storm. They repaired those leaks and when I asked them about repairing the large stains and hole in my ceiling, I was told to go buy some spray-on paint/texturizer and fix it myself. Then there were the numerous leaks in the garage. The last leak was when I found water dripping in my hallway. It was coming straight down and through my attic opening. That time I had the ridge vent replaced. I would never recommend them to anyone.Reading the review just below mine, this is definitely not a fake review. I am not a competing roofer or a former employee, just a very unhappy customer.

I've known Leroy Baker for over 20 years, he charges fair prices and does a good job. I would never call any other roofing company. I own many rental properties in the area and Leroy has never done me wrong. I think these negative reviews are fakes posted by competing roofers or ex-employees because I've found Leroy to be a very stand up guy who won't cheat you.

Joyce was so helpful when I called to have my roof replaced she kept me informed on date of install and all the components/logistics of the job. When I came out to see the roof getting done I met mr Leroy and he also gave me updates on the damaged wood he found and replaced. Overall great experience!

Recently had some roof repairs which were unsatisfactory because of incorrect colors. More importantly a payment made to the roofer did not find its way to Baker Roofing. He seemed a nice young man and after several calls the dispute was resolved and the roofer came back to complete the job. I will still use Baker Roofing in the future.

HE TOOK THE CHIMNEY OFF THE WRONG HOUSE! Came to my home when no one was home. Did not call me. Performed unauthorized work. Sending his guys out and taking the chimney off my main house. He was suppose to go out back where he had previously done work. NO written contract! He was there when I pulled up and said he WAS "SO SORRY THAT HE MADE A MISTAKE" and would get it put back. To date he has failed this promise and I am now seeking a licence Mason to do the job. Over $1000 this will cost.

Very unprofessional. Broke a glass jar didn't say anything or even clean up the glass left trash all over my property. Lady tried to belittle the trash by saying it is one little piece when it took them 4 hours to clean it up nails all over my property along with all the old wood they just left behind would not recommend them to anyone (not even my worst enemy).

Bakers roof put on in December of 2013, currently tarped and awaiting repairs by a reputable roofing company. Numerous calls, messages and even a stop by Baker's "business" have gone unanswered and unresolved.

I had a new roof put on in the beginning of 2014. since then they have been out to my house six times to fix a leak. I still have the leak, Im more than frustrated at this point.
