In 2016, we had our dated condo kitchen totally remodeled and we love it! However, just last month (April 2024), we discovered by accident, that our granite counterop breakfast bar wasn't fixed to the countertop!I contacted Jason by email and within a week it, the repair was handled, scheduled, fixed, job done!Now that says a lot to me about the integrity of Avery Construction. To revisit a job 8 years after the installation to ensure the customer is STILL satisfied is so rare in today's world of builders. I highly recommend Jason Avery's company, customer service beyond the pale!As a side note, when Avery Construction prepared for the permits, materials, protecting common areas during the job, etc., they set a standard for our building because of the great care they took to ensure carpets, elevators, deliveries, etc. were handled neatly and the crew always left the building in a good, clean state!

Highly recommend Avery for any remodel project. They did the entire interior of our town home from floor to ceiling and we love the way it came out. Avery is very professional, thorough, and employ highly skilled workers. They do not cut corners with permitting and making sure everything is up to code.They also go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with everything along the way and listen to what you want, and offer suggestions from their expertise and experience.I was also impressed that when we noticed a couple of small issues after all was said and done it was handled promptly. They stand behind their work and want you to be happy with it.Avery was great from start to finish. They know what they are doing and take pride in a job well done. Excellent contractor and team (Lester was an awesome project manager). Extremely responsive, detail orientated, and excellent execution. I hired Avery to convert an underutilized large space into an en suite bedroom and custom laundry room. They did an amazing job!!! Worth every dollar. I will use this company again for my next project and request Lester to be my PM.

Stop looking, you have found your contractor. We just completed an extensive remodel on our house that included removing a wall and completely redesigning the kitchen as well as new tile flooring throughout the entire house, a complete gut and rebuild of a full bath and upgrades to a second bath. From the first contact with Rob until the final day everyone was wonderful to work with and the end result is absolutely stunning. No corners were cut, these guys take great pride in their work and make sure everything is done right. We came in on budget to the penny, no hidden or additional charges. I cannot recommend Avery enough. Great communication, respectful workers and work gets done in a timely manner. This was not my first renovation and I have had bad contractors in the past. This company was a dream to work with. Trustworthy, reliable, on time and on budget and a beautiful end result. Thank you Avery Construction for making my vision become an amazing reality!

I definitely will think about looking here if we need remodeling services in the future. I had a really hard time finding a good place for general home repair for a leak in the ceiling. I got a return call very quickly, and after a few questions to narrow down the issue a referral was made to a local HVAC company to service our AC unit. They were fast and my issue was resolved the same day! I didn't use Avery directly on this job, but definitely admire the professionalism and willingness to help.

We used Avery for a full kitchen remodel. I used this company to remodel my bathroom and LET ME TELL YOU HONEY!! My guest bathroom was giving nothing but "this is where dreams go to die" vibes and they turned it into "high class - where's my champagne at?" ENERGY!!The marble work was NEXT LEVEL .. dare I say "MARBLE-OUS" That toilet looks so good I want one in every room of my house!! We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Jason for a Master Bathroom remodel. He is the one that actually came to our home, surveyed the work to be done, and gave us an estimate right on the spot. He didn't send someone to do it, it was actually him.We hired his company to do the scope of work presented to us and we were very pleased with our results. His crew, project manager were all very responsive and easy to deal with. Yes, were there problems,of course there were. You're living under a rock if you think any major reconstruction/remodel job isn't going to encounter some snags. We encountered a few snags, but Avery's crew and project manager were able to work past them. or offered alternatives, etc. to our complete satisfaction.I would certainly use this company again for any remodel projects in the future for four major reasons.1) Jason showed up on our agreed upon time, was very personable and was able to give us an "on the spot" estimate.2) The crew was professional and took every precaution to make sure debris was kept to a minimum or contained within the construction area and not spread throughout the house.3) His project manager always returned phone calls and was always available to talk to when there were any concerns.4) And lastly, the quality of work performed and end results were amazing and exactly what we had agreed upon.It is this type of professionalism that impresses me and makes me feel like my money was being well spent.

John Frangos showed up to give me an estimate, then was never heard from again! Purchasing a commercial property and needed a contractor. Wasted my time, my real estate agent, my lender and the sellers time! Couldn't even answer a simple call or text. Jason, the owner was also missing in action. I called and left a voicemail for him and he didn't even have the guts to call me back with any kind of update. Don't persue these guys if you actually want respected and to get something done. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
