The job was done in one day. It looks great from the ground. I didn’t give it more stars because of the price differences between cash and finance; the extra fee for financing is steep—$ 1,600, which does not include a 10% interest rate with good credit. The $15,000 roof will cost $25,000 over the life of a loan plus the extra $1600 for Wood, that was charged 4.25ft of 2X4 at the cost of $340.00. Home Depot's price is $14.62. and also $1,440.00 for 12-1x12 for a fee of $1,400. Home Depot costs $480.00. I understand Labor, but $1,105 for 14 boards. That's $79.00 per board. These are boards with no angles just straight cuts.

Finished and upgraded a debilitated flatroof and standard shingle roof in 8 1/2 hours! Very impressed. The financing option offered was great if you have full intention to pay it off early (no prepayment penalties). Kevin presented and followed up with our project assiduously. I needed a completely new roof. This company was recommended to me by a previous roofing company I had used years ago. They did an excellent job. My roof looks great, it was done in 2 days. Owen was my sales rep and he walked me through the process from start to finish. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. I am most satisfied with the job and happy to have it done. I would use them again in the future.

The roof came out great. There was some miscommunication on how the fascia would be taken care of, and the caulking job was horrible. I went with Classic because they had good reviews, but I would most likely choose my original choice if I could do it over. Update: They gave me a gift card to make up for the miscommunication, so I changed it to 5 stars.

My experience with Classic Roofing and Construction was a great one from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I had never had a roof replacement before and asked a ton of questions but Chad, my sales rep, was very patient and answered all of them without hesitation.I was always prepared for what was going to be happening next. From Chad, to inside sales Diana, to Shyann, with permit coordination, the communication couldn't have been better and Armando and his crew did a great installation!Their work was excellent , prices are very fair and I'd most definitely recommend them.

Classic roofing did a great job in replacing my roof. Alex Gounder, sales consultant was very professional. He was always available to answer all my questions and provided me with lots of pictures and information on roofing. All the office people were nice and friendly. Mara and Jordan were great to answer my questions during the roofing process. The crews were hard working and dedicated. They did a nice job! Overall, Classic roofing is an excellent company with great service and work!

I can not thank Mike Fisher (no relation) of Classic Roofing and Construction enough for his assessment and advise concerning my home's roof. Mike went above and beyond to squeeze me in to his packed schedule. After examining every inch of the roof from inside the attic to on top of the home, Mike explained that there was simply one rafter that was sitting higher than the others which gave the illusion of a dip. He explained that the roof was intact and functioning and did NOT need to be replaced. This information contradicted a previous report from a buyers home inspector that negated the sale of my home. Mikes certification and expertise literally saved me 25 K in concessions to future home offers. If you are unsure about a previous company's estimate do yourself a favor and call Classic Roofing and Construction. They have the highest level of professional and integrity. Thank you Mike... you are a class act!

Classic Roofing was prompt with scheduling Will to come to my home for a consultation/Bid for my project. Will was on time, pleasant & knowledgeable. The project was started/completed when they predicted and in an appropriate timeframe. I confidently recommend Classic Roofing, as my experience with them was stellar. From beginning to end, every team member I interacted with was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.During the RFP stage, I met with several roofing companies, but far and away the best proposal was delivered by Alex Grounder at Classic. During the free estimate he introduced me to the company, the products they recommend, and the process. He walked the roof, took some pictures to help me visualize things as he talked me through the estimate later. After his visual inspection, he took some time in his work truck and about 30 minutes later, knocked on my door and walked me through a proposal deck with 2 tiers of pricing based on various material. He brought with him material samples so I could interact with them, which helped give me confidence that I was making informed decisions. His proposal included financing options, but I opted to for a discounted cash price.After the initial proposal, Alex and the office team at Classic would occasionally follow-up. Though they weren't the absolute cheapest option, they were competitive, and given the professionalism and emphasis on ensuring I was as informed as possible, I ultimately selected Classic Roofing for the job.Leading up to construction, the team, especially Alex and Shyann, kept me informed of the process and we're very friendly when I visited the office to drop off a deposit check. The day prior to construction, a Classic supervisor arrived to lay down protective tarps over my driveway and landscaping.On construction day, the team of 10 or so roofers arrived bright and early. They setup the site quickly and got to work. I came out every so often to check on progress and I was impressed with their efficiency. From someone who manages high performing teams, it's easy for me to recognize a skilled group of individuals who are working together optimally. Kudos to Johnny, their foreman, for directing things. The roofing team was courteous, respectful, and clearly a hard working set of guys. Their supervisor, Jordan, was on site several times throughout the day to answer any of my questions and to provide an update on progress.After 8 hours, they began cleanup and I had a brand new beautiful roof. Upon a visual inspection from me, everything seems perfect. The team did a great job cleaning up and ran magnets over my entire property to pick up any nails. By the time they drove off, you could barely tell they were even there.Given the experience I had with Classic thus far, I'm confident that my roof was installed with care and craftsmanship and that they will stand behind the quality of their work for years to come. If you're in the market for a new roof, I recommend you call Alex and Classic Roofing.

Our home was hit by a fallen tree, and after our insurance gave us a run around and made us replace our roof after repairs, we turned to Owen and Classic Roofing. What a great experience!!! When I first started looking into replacing my roof I reached out to a few different companies. I spoke with each one directly at my home and expressed to each one that I was only in the beginning stages at the moment. Well, one of the companies really stood out. Owen was my sales rep for Classic Roofing. He understood that I was just in the preliminary stage and still took the time to make sure I understood the basics, the differences, and the process. A couple of months later I received a text message from Owen just touching base and reminding me that he is there for me when I'm ready. Owen continued to text me from time to time letting me know he didn't forget me and was available at anytime should I have any questions. I had a family emergency that had taken place and I let Owen know that the roof is on the back burner for the time being. He understood and from time to time would check in to make sure, first and foremost, that I was good. After I responded, he would let me know he is still here for me when I was ready. This went on for almost a year. Owen was never intrusive with his texts and only checked in from time to time. To be honest, it spoke volumes that he continued to check in with me. None of the other sales reps from the other companies ever checked back after our initial visit. When my wife and I were ready, we invited Owen back to our home to go over any changes. Owen was fun and funny. It was like having a friend over offering advice and suggestions. Owen is genuine and a very rare breed in the sales industry. Not only is Owen extremely knowledgeable about his products and services, but it is very evident that he is passionate about what he does and compassionate to the people he serves. I never once felt like Owen was trying to sell me a roof. I felt like he was working with me on making an investment and protecting my home. If you're looking into getting a new roof, you are quite aware that roofing material and all the options are a bit overwhelming. With that said, Owen stuck with my interests and explained, very simply, the differences and benefits of each option I was considering. Then he took the time to really listen to me. I mean he really listened to me. It was very evident that he wasn't concerned about the sale but rather more concerned about what I wanted to achieve. The day my roof was installed, Owen stopped by to check in and wanted to make sure I was happy. Not just pleased with my choice and craftsmanship, but actually happy with the entire process. After all is said and done, Owen was nothing shy of amazing and I am nothing shy of ecstatic.To everyone reading this post...You're obviously considering a roof. Please for the love of God, do not hire your neighbors friend that is willing to do it on a budget. Call Classic Roofing and ask for Owen. If you do, I'm willing to bet that you will write a slightly lengthy post about your experience and how amazing it was.

Great job..from preparing your house and driveway to stay clean before and after the cleanup and protecting your plants and bushes to a picture perfect roof job. Installed a barrel tile roof. Chad was my go to guy plus the office was amazing and always had the answers for me. They were on time and again Chad sold me the job on the spot. I've done alot roofs in my life but this company "Classic Roofing "is the best I have ever seen.... they actually care ! Their crews work great ... like clock work getting the process done....

Spoke to and hired Classic Roofing and Construction the same day. Caitlin talked me through the whole process and was very supportive, above and beyond. Permit was on my house 2 days later and I had a new roof within a week. The crew cleaned up after themselves beautifully. Highly recommend this company
