We never had a chance to speak to Clearwater Roofing, they gave our phone # to Castle Roofing to come out, collect our insurance info and file a claim for us for "storm damage." Our roof is 18years old. We've had no storms. They wanted to file a claim with insurance. Shady to say the least! This is why our insurance costs are going up! Buyer beware, you could get dropped from homeowners insurance.

what a joke, ive been waiting three weeks for a written estimate. eveytime i call to check on it, they say they will check the address when they get back to the office and have it to me right away. still dont have my estimate. i guess the roof was too big for them or they dont want to work. either way on to the next one
