I called Dean roofing as one of my 4 estimates on a new roof and hurricane clips installation. Luke arrived on time and was knowledgeable about their products, service and honest. After meeting with all 4 companies, I chose Dean. They had the second lowest bid and I just liked Luke, Warranty and reviews. Also they did my friends house and he was very happy with the finished job. The date was scheduled and the crews arrived on time and did what looks to be a good job. They were in and out in just over one day. They left the property as clean as you could expect after the project was completed. A few orange washers I found since completion but no nails. I told my neighbor about them and they used Dean weeks later for a leak and we're happy with the repair and price. I would highly recommend Dean roofing for all your roofing needs.

I met with Luke of Dean Roofing Company who was willing to have my roof fixed free of charge despite just recently exceeding my warranty. They came out the next day to compete repairs. Very hard to find customer service like this these days. I would definitely consider Dean Roofing Company for my roofing needs in the future.

We used Dean Roofing Company for a new roof on our home, porch (flat roof) and shed about 2 weeks ago. Luke with DRC first came to our home to give us an estimate. We were very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness in examining the roofs and explaining the process and different types of roofing/prices involved. We were able to schedule the job to fit our schedule and the roofers showed up at the exact time and date as scheduled. The roofers were very efficient and finished the entire job in one and one-half days! They even covered the bushes around our house to protect them from debris. When finished they searched our yard for nails, removed any loose debris and did a great clean up job. The roofs were done exactly as we hoped. We would not hesitate to recommend DRC to anyone who needs a roofing job done.

The whole experience with Dean Roofing was phenomenal from beginning to end. Luke who supervised the project was exceptional and was such a personable young man that I had no anxiety about the project at all. The new roof was completed without a hitch and the roofing crew was extraordinary too. They even placed a covering over all my things in my garage to protect them from any debris during the old tile removal. We are so impressed with Dean Roofing Company! We had roof leaks on our roof that was only 15 years old and finally decided that we needed a new roof. We had them do our house and the flat roof over the back porch. These people were amazing from start to finish. Daniel was a true PERFECTIONIST with his team as they put on the flat roof. Eric and his team put the roof on our home, and they were WONDERFUL! Luke was EXCELLENT as the coordinator of it all and we were also impressed with Danny's expertise the very first contact we had with Dean Roofing! Just to tell you how these guys work, our home was built 33 years ago and the original builder didn't build the roof out where it should have come up to the drip edge. Without even saying anything, these guys cut narrow strips and fixed this issue to make it right! They replaced rotten fascia and all work was done to the highest standards. My husband had done some roofs himself before he became disabled and he was thrilled! I wish we had found Dean when we had that second roof put on. I have a feeling that we would not have needed a new roof for a few more years. So glad we found them this time! Thank you, Dean Roofing! You're the BEST!

I recently had the pleasure of using the Dean Roofing Company and could not be more satisfied. Out of four local companies I called and e-mailed only the Dean company called me back, came to my home the same day, repaired two leaks at no charge and set an appointment to come back and give me an estimate to replace the roof. Daniel and Luke, the grandsons of the original owner since 1946, came to my home a few days later, gave me a written detailed estimate at a very competitive price. They replaced my roof in five days, were very neat and clean and did a great job. If you need repairs on your roof, I cant recommend the Dean Company Company strongly enough.

All team members at Dean Roofing were polite and friendly. Roof construction began within two weeks and only lasted two days for shingle and flat roof replacement. We called Dean roofing company during the last storm season to fix a leak after a limb had came down and crashed onto the roof. They sent someone out quickly, and the work was done before I had to worry about the next batch of rain. They were able to match my tiles perfectly, and the repair is seamless. You can’t even tell what happened! Their employee was extremely professional and honest, they are not there to price gouge you. Great and honest work, I will use no other company from now on. 10/10 recommend.

I have a gorgeous new silver-blue roof with new skylights which I absolutely love! While I first learned about "Dean Roofing" through a few excellent recommendations, still i checked out this Company with the BBB. Their estimator was extremely knowlegable and the cost of my new roof was reasonable! I wasn't looking for the cheapest, but what I considered the best company. Their longevity in business was definitely a factor. My cost was the same as what the estimator quoted, with no hidden costs! The owner of "Dean Roofing" was nice, professional and very cooperative with my changing needs! I feel "Dean Roofing Company" is a quality Company and there were no negatives in my dealings with them. Their workmen certainly did an excellent job and I highly recommend this company which I base upon my own experience!!!
