I can’t say enough great things about Westcoast contractors. I hired them to do our roof in 2016. They did an amazing job! When the inspector for the city of Clearwater came to sign off on the permit he said they did an incredible job. We purchased a new home in 2021 and unfortunately it needed a new roof because the roof wasn’t old but it was poorly installed. I knew exactly who to call Westcoast Contractors. After the roof was installed the inspector for the city of Tampa came to sign off on the it. He said they do great work! I’m happy I choose Westcoast Contractors. Brendan and Terry run an amazing operation. Their "catch-all" system makes the clean up WAY more efficient that other companies and DRASTICALLY reduces the amount of nails and debris that ends up in your lawn after the roofing job. They are consummate professionals, and on the last job I referred them, the client said they chose Res-Com because they were the only ones who could actually articulate what they were going to be doing on the job. I hired Florida Red-Com Roofing as I'd had some water damage due to a storm in Pinellas County. I got three bids. Went with Res-Com Roofing because of the quality of material, timeline, workmanship and what I thought to be a fair price. I was not disappointed. They came out on the appointed week, got the job done quickly and efficiently. All my neighbors were impressed by the results, too. They used a 'catch-all' system to capture the nails to prevent anybody from stepping on them, which was an added bonus. Several days later, my tankless hot water heater began to act up. It seemed like a coincidence but I called Brendan to inquire if it could have something to do with the roof as I thought maybe some debris might have gotten into the roof vent. He came out, inspected, found a little debris, called a plumber, and together they got my hot water heater issue resolved. I expected that I might be on the hook for the plumber, but Brendan's company took accountability for a little construction debris that had clogged the system and they made it right. I could not have been more thankful for their professionalism throughout the entire process. Would not hesitate to use Florida Res-Com Roofing in the future! Simply put, it was a no hassle, no headaches, no stress kind of transaction--which is exactly what consumers deserve when hiring a contractor. This company absolutely delivered! Thank you,

Last year I hired West Coast for a minor roof leak and knew at that time that the repair was just a temporary fix. I was thankful the patch work they did was able to get me another year. They just did a complete roof replacement on my house and from start to finish they provided excellent communication, professionalism and honesty. From first contact with Scott to scheduling with Tonya, this company could not be more professional. Scott spent time explaining various hurricane protection options and was not pushy for the "big" sale and felt the Miami-Dade rated fabric would fit my budget and needs. They also replaced a window and was able to accommodate my schedule (on short notice) for a weekend install. The installers for the fabric and window were friendly, timely, professional and cleaned up so that you didn't even know they were there. I would definitely use this company again!
