What an overall amazing experience with this roofing company! I started getting roofing quotes from everywhere and John Correa's attention to detail, inspection of my current roof, my attic, his passion for what his guys are good at and his willingness to sit with me and make sure i felt informed and educated was the main reason i went with the guys that I knew were going to do the job right. Communication was great with the hand off from sales to production. Ricardo was quick to get me scheduled and installation with his crew was efficient. They did a great job staying relatively clean and organized throughout the whole process. I was also extremely impressed with the attention to detail in the clean up. The paperwork was easy to understand and minimal. Financing jargon was explained well. The roof looks awesome, is guaranteed and no more leaks!! I couldn't be happier with the outcome.10/10 would recommend. If you read this and you're in the Tampa Bay area - ask Ridge Top Exteriors to send John Correa to come inspect your roof.

We had a fantastic experience replacing our home's siding, soffits, fascia and gutters with Ridge Top Exteriors. From start to finish, the company was great to work with. Gary was our salesman and was a pro helping us explore our options and pick out our materials. Dan was our site manager and was diligent and attentive, stopping by our house every day when the crew was working to make sure things were happening according to the plan. Josue was the crew foreman, and he was a great troubleshooter and very communicative about everything that he and the team were doing. Everyone was friendly and professional and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the final result. Our house looks amazing now! We are very happy with Ridge Top Exteriors and would recommend them to anyone.

Just had a complete roof put on by Ridge Top Exteriors in Clearwater, FL. Their Project Manager Steve Dulock has been great with communication. No pressure sales pitch, very competetive pricing, high quality GAF roofing system, amazing 25yr service warranty included. The crew came out within 2 weeks and got the job done in a day. They worked hard and were polite. They did a great job sending pics of the project throughout the day and cleaned up very well. I would definitely recommend RTE to anyone needing a roof.

We had a great experience with Gary and Jeff from Ridge Top! We were convinced to paint our vinyl siding a year ago and the old siding quickly warped in the Florida sun and needed to be replaced. In one day, we went from a complete mess to a gorgeous, smooth, clean look. And the new siding is an almost a perfect color match for our house color. We now have peace of mind that our home is protected and looks amazing!

Replace wood with vinylThe salesman Steve is unprofessional nothing but lies try's to cut corners disrespectful made remark you want something free No I want what I'm paying for period as discussed job was to take 1-2 days as stated on paper work it took 10 days Steve also let us know they don't have to pull permits ( for obvious reasons) one of the workers made him self at home sitting on my porch waiting till quitting time I had high hopes was going to have windows done also Not a chance now. After several calls the job was finally completed. Thank you for for finishing up the way the job was sold however - I wouldn't use again or recommend.

From start to finish Ridge Top was great!!!!! The sales experience with Chris Harris made us feel comfortable and ready to make the jump into making our hurricane windows a possibility.From there a measurer came out who was a joy and very cool guy. After everything was ordered Danielle kept us up to date on everything and when our install was going to happen. The install team (Jeff and Alec) worked their behinds off, and were great at what they do.A lesson can be learned for other companies, we are basically done a week earlier from when we were told we would start. Under promise and over deliver, thank you Ridge Top team!!!

Suffered interior water damage from leaky windows, and siding damage due to the high winds of Ian. A call to Ridge Top Exteriors hooked us up with Chip and Danielle, who came to our residence and surveyed the damage. They were very friendly and professional. They gave us a quick estimate and we signed the contract to have all the windows replaced and have the whole house resided. Jeff came to the house and took measurements of the 21 windows to be replaced. After some waiting due to a backlog in manufacturing the windows, Mike and Bryan arrived and installed the windows in less than three days. Again, they were very efficient and personalble. Jeff and Alec inspected the windows doing a few tweaks here and there. Soon after the windows were installed Scott came to the house to get the specs for siding and set a date for installation. Navidad and Jenfer installed the siding to the whole house in less than two weeks. They were two of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. Scott stopped by a couple of times to see how things were progressing. The house looks better than when in was first built. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We used Ridge Top for our full siding replacement. The installers worked quickly and efficiently, completing the siding on a large stilt house in 3 days, even with some corrective changes that had to be made based on order issues. Once the siding arrived, our installation was scheduled quickly, without delay.We did experience some order issues between what we discussed initially and what was ultimately ordered, but the staff quickly addressed issues and our job was still finished in 3 days.

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Ridge Top. Prior to having our impact windows installed I interviewed 3 potential companies for the job. I ultimately chose Ridge Top and I was so glad I did. They gave me updates on when the installation would occur. Once the windows were in - they immediately texted and set a date to come out.Brian and Blaine did the installation they were extremely clean, quick and precise with the install. They finished in 2 days.Following, Alex and Jeff came back to make sure all the windows were in properly and to made a small correction to the front window. They set up the inspection for the same week of the install which went very smoothly. Added bonus our house is SO quiet now- no outdoor noise filters in.Would absolutely recommend Ridge Top to anyone looking to install windows!

I had 7 different roofing companies come out to give me quotes. Because of Chris, Ridge Top Exteriors stood out. He gave me clear information. All my questions were answered. I felt confident putting my trust in his hands. I signed all the paperwork. Then we called the insurance company together. It only took five minutes to report a claim. Later my insurance company called and scheduled an inspection. Chris came over on that day and got up on the roof with the insurance adjuster. He helped point out all the wind damage. The adjuster sent us what they thought it would need. This is where they haggled out the price back and forth and I was left in peace. Then very quickly they agreed on a price. We picked out roof colors. The day of the job was scheduled so fast. They arrived at 7 am sharp and got started right away. The roof was all done in 6 hours! It looks amazing.I really cannot stop telling everyone about how incredibly easy this whole process was!! I am so thankful to Chris for all his hard work. Victor and his crew did a fantastic job. We feel blessed beyond measure that one day a Ridge Top Exteriors door hanger was hung on our door.

Regretfully, I would not recommend Ridgetop. We hired them for a siding project. Throughout the project, it felt our project wasn't a priority - even though I am certain we paid above market price for our hardy siding project. Additionally, time management almost led us to not having the final look we wanted because once they were on the job they wanted to finish it and move on. I was told that they had other customers they wanted to get to. What about finishing the job right that you are on first? Finally, we had a disagreement about the scope of service. Specifically, the vinyl window sills. They indicated this wasn't a part of the scope of service and only offered a change order with a discount to come back to fix them. Chip, the sales person specifically tapped his hand on the window sill and said "we will get all this cleaned up" during the sales pitch. I chose them because of their Google rating and reviews and didn't shop around because I would rather pay for good customer service than have the lowest price. Regrettably, I feel like I overpaid and they underdelivered.

My husband and I wanted to update the exterior of our home by adding shingle siding to the gables and updating trim around our windows.. Although our job was delayed, Ridgetop was able to find a resolution to get our job completed. Gabriel and his installation crew were phenomenal and completed the installation as we wanted. David helped to coordinate things and worked with Amos to complete painting. Eric kept in touch with me and answered questions I had. Lance updated me on the project as it went along. My experience with Ridge Top Exteriors was excellent from the beginning to the end of the project. My project manager Nelly Gordon was excellent, she helped us with the insurance company to place a claim, she came when the insurance came to perform the inspection and helped us with the whole process. The insurance was really fast approving all. The day of the installation was another challenge because there was rain in the forecast. They came earlier enough to make it happen and by the time rain started the installation was almost over and rain didn't affect the final result. All the people who came in were hard worker focus to satisfy us and to have an excellent result, they were really nice people, the Manager in charge was very professional and very informative during the whole process. They left all clean and nice. I consider the value is a little hight but the quality is good, in other words good quality for the value.Service: Roof installation

Out of all the contractors that came out to quote repairs after Ian Ridgetop by far worked the hardest to help us find a way to make our home whole again and that was just the sales rep! Once a deal was made it was a flurry of activity shortly after. All the workers on site were wonderful, professional, hard working and they cleaned up extremely well! Heaven forbid we get another storm and need more repairs I'm not even shopping for another contractor. I'll be calling Ridgetop first. I love my beautiful new hidden vent soffit! I cannot speak highly enough of Ridge Top Exteriors. Ridge Top was not the only roofing company we received quotes from, but it was the only company that didn’t show up to just give us a marketing pitch. We worked with Kory Edwards, who was knowledgeable and willing to listen and discuss our needs. My wife and I have been burned by companies in the past (as I’m sure we all have), so we do our due diligence in verifying claims and marketing information. Everything lined up, and Kory was exceptionally patient with us as we asked him follow up questions. Lots of follow up questions. Every company needs a Kory.George and team took care of the roof replacement and we couldn’t have been happier with how it looks. George was very personable and great to work with, and he seemed to have a great team. There was an open line of communication throughout the roofing process, including pictures of progress. There was some very minor damage (small tear in our lanai screen and an outside light) which is inevitable, but Ridgetop chose to repair/replace both.I’ve never worked with a company so open and transparent with their process.
