After Hurricane Ian badly damaged my condo in Placida, Florida, I reached out to Specialized Restoration. After I first signed the contract for them to restore the condo owners were notified that work would have to be delayed due to issues with insurance claims. Specialized Restoration kept assuring me that they would honor their commitment to me no matter how long it took for the work to commence. 8 months later they were able to begin and they did a terrific job. Since I was an out of town owner, Michael Parks and Ivan Alfaro kept in contact with me on a regular basis. They responded to me in a timely fashion and kept me abreast of any changes, issues, etc. They were also very instrumental in getting me the information I needed to file my personal insurance claims. I am so grateful to them for helping me through a difficult time and getting my Condo looking better than it ever has! I highly recommend them!

When we had a sewage back up we called specialized to help clean it up. He was able to have a crew to my door step within a hour of me calling. His crew took the time to explain everything and they were able to get everything cleaned up fast. By the time there were done my home was clean and smelled great again. Stephen was also able to work with my insurance company to help with my claim. We recently suffer a fire in our home and we reached out to Specialized Restoration. They arrived promptly, in clean uniforms and vehicles. Stephen put us at ease immediately with his knowledge knowledge and experience. The crew Eric, Mark, Christy and Yhante were all certified and handled our possessions like they weretheir own. Stephen was able to save two family heirlooms. We expected to be out of our home for months and Stephen and his crew assured us it would be much faster. We were shocked when he called us after 10 days to say our home was clean. He worked with our adjuster and made the whole process a breeze. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Perfect job! My basement flooded in the evening because the sump pump had broken, the water seeped up the dry wall, and they were able to save a large part of the dry wall and cut out the part that was wet so more property was not ruined. The team brought in professional drying machines and fans and and prevented the studs from damage. Very professional. They did not leave the premises until everything was fixed and drained.
