Like anything one bad actor can ruin it for everyone. I started with Superb Pools roughly 8 months ago and when they began servicing my pool, I couldn’t say enough great things.In the last few months I started noticing that the tech would visit and immediately after I would notice the bottom of the pool wasn’t vacuumed, the skimmer basket was full, the pump basket was not clean, and I was starting to see calcium buildup on my tile (which btw is brand new).I started paying closer attention to these issues and noticed that the tech would be at my residence for very very short periods of time (under 10 minutes). After his last visit I went out to the pool and took photos and video of everything (attached below). The skimmer basket was completely filled with debris, the bottom of the pool had sinking toys still in it along with heavy sand particulate, the pump basket was ridiculous (stones, debris, etc audibly and visibly cycling in the basket but my apologies Google only allows still shots so you cannot see the video of it), the filter was filled with sand and clearly had not been cleaned in months. I sent all of this information to the company’s phone and no one addressed my concerns.The following day, I contacted another pool company to get a quote for service. One of their owners showed up and checked the salt cell and noticed it was completely caked. Then he tested the water and saw that the ph was through the roof and there was a reading of exactly 0 chlorine. The only explanation that they could think of was that the current tech never put salt in the pool and never balanced the chemicals, which now resulted in the calcium build up on the tiles.I confirmed this company’s readings with my own test strip (photo attached) and then forwarded the results to superb again. Again, I received no response. Then I called and spoke to a woman, couldn’t tell you her name, and she said that she saw the messages and contacted the tech. The tech allegedly sent her a video of the pump basket being clean, which is clearly a lie either on the part of the company or the part of the tech because I took video after the tech left and it was disgusting. I asked for the video the tech took and never received it. I also requested that the owner call me and was told the office closes in thirty minutes so I probably won’t get any response until the following week. Yet to receive a call back.It takes a lot for me to write a review, especially a negative one. But this was unacceptable, especially since I provided the information to the office and gave them multiple opportunities to correct it. I’ll sadly be taking my business elsewhere.

What a wonderful company to work with. The owner kept me informed every step of the way. He made helpful suggestion but did not pressure me into doing anything I did not request . The other companies I got estimates from did.His workers were prompt and courteous and very neat. I love love my pool. In fact I will now use them as my regular pool service. Fantastic job 😀

Great Company, Luis Felipe takes care of our pool and did an amazing job cleaning. He was very efficient and thorough, making sure every corner was spotless. The pool has never looked better! I have been using this pool service company for years (since 2019) and have always been satisfied. I can pick up the phone and get an answer to anything. They know that I am away and still send me a photo and info regarding my pool and visits. I also had them this year redo my whole pool, they had it done in under a week. Their prices are good, and the staff is exceptional. I don't see myself ever leaving!

My Hayward LED pool light went out and I called Superb. They came out the next day and confirmed what the issue was and set up an appointment for two days later to replace the light.
