When I decided to built a rooftop terrace to the house I contacted Cutting Edge and they immediately took over the entire project. I did not have to contact anyone else. They have a team that includes architects, electricians and contractors and after the permits were approved the project went very smoothly. My Project Manager Francisco was exceptional. He provided me with weekly updates about the project and promptly answered to all of my inquiries. If you’re planning to remodel your home this is the company to call. Davide and Francisco will take care of every single detail.

We used Cutting Edge for a whole house renovation. If I had to sum up Cutting Edge I would say they consistently under promise and over deliver!We started looking for a contractor in July 2022 and after walking with them through our house we felt confident that they could handle a project of this scale. After signing a contract, they sent an architect out right away, permits were applied for, and plans were drawn up quickly. The permits went through even faster than expected. Demo started in November 2022. We did not need to use a designer. Evelyn was very helpful in drawing up elevations and bringing our Pinterest inspirations and ideas to life.Throughout the process, communication with the team was seamless via a WhatsApp group. Questions were always answered the same day if not within just a few hours. The demo team was friendly and tidy. We had the floors trenched for new pipes, widened doorways, removed walls, widened windows and added a sliding door to our house. It was a top to bottom renovation.Lanny, our project manager, was extremely helpful, keeping us informed, and keeping everything moving along at a brisk pace. Cutting Edge’s tile guys, Mario and his team, were the absolute best workers we had throughout the whole process. They were not only amazingly detailed at laying tile (and we had tile everywhere) but Mario was like a second project manager. He solved problems for other subcontractors and jumped in to help with anything that needed doing.We were able to move into our newly renovated house in August 2023 while a few items on the exterior, including a fence, finished up later. From shopping for a contractor to moving in it was a year and a month, which is fantastic! We will use Cutting Edge again on any future construction or renovation projects we have, without a doubt!

Working with Carlos on our home remodel was a great experience. I actually found his company on Instagram, which sounds crazy, but I was really drawn to his transparency and how detail oriented he was. He came to the job site every day with a smile on his face, and was always positive and professional. We did a full-gut home remodel with a budget of approximately $500,000, so it was a big job, and definitely stressful. There are going to be hiccups in any job, and everyone told me to expect delays. But Carlos handled everything like a pro, and our project was finished within the timeframe we were told. Communication was always clear and easy; I was able to easily reach him or a member of his team whenever I needed them. I would absolutely use Cutting Edge again, and recommend them without hesitation.

I did a gut remodel on my Brickell condo. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Problems happen during construction, it is inevitable, but there was always constant communication and solutions. I have already recommended them to clients of mine due to their exceptional job. I just had my bathroom and laundry closet renovated by Cutting Edge Innovative. I have been in contact with Cutting Edge Innovative for a year now on this project. Due to insurance claims issues it took me over a year to receive payment. But Cutting Edge Innovative was there during the whole process of my water damage issue. I've kept in close contact with the Project Manager Alejandro Sarasino. When we were ready to move forward with the project Alejandro sent out a top notch team of workers to tackle the job at hand. I have to say that at first I didn't know what to expect. But looking at the finish product I couldn't be more proud of the work that they did. It turned out to be truly an outstanding job. There were issues during the project but Cutting Edge Innovative had solutions and that's what I look for in a company. I frankly expected that working with a GC would be a rough experience - but these guys were extremely professional, on budget, highly responsive and clearly cared deeply about getting things done to a very high standard. We hired Carlos and his team at Cutting Edge to do a major renovation gut of our home; moving load-bearing walls, new plumbing, new electrical, new mechanical, new roof, new kitchen, flooring, drywall, and two new additions. Carlos was in constant communication during the entire 12 months of the project. When running into issues (inevitable with older homes) he always troubleshooted and explored solutions before approaching us with recommendations in mind. He has a “can do” attitude and follows through. Always gave us plenty of time to have selections made ahead of each phase. We hired Cutting Edge to complete a renovation project we wanted to do in a townhome we had just recently closed on in South Beach. We came across Carlos and his team on Houzz and were impressed with his many great reviews. After reaching out and setting up an appointment to meet and go through our project, we were very impressed with Carlos off the bat. He is very professional and thorough when it comes to explanation of what his team will need to do in order to complete the work required to be done. Immediately after hiring Cutting Edge, the communication lines were open and we were kept up to date at all times as to what was going on. Ronald was our project manager and he did a wonderful job of handling the specifics of the job onsite as well as keeping us posted as to what was going on. Carlos and Ronald were always available to us whether we had a minor question or needed explanations regarding something. Our project encompassed almost all parts of our townhouse including installing kitchen countertops & backsplash, sanding down and re-staining an entire second floor of wood floors, removal and installation of a custom stair rail, putting up drywall to create extra second floor rooms, interior painting throughout and other items including electric wiring. In addition, we were pregnant during this timeframe and we were on a strict timeline as to when completion needed to be. Carlos and Ronald worked with us diligently to make sure our construction was done efficiently and on time (which in our opinion is hard to come by in Miami). Overall we are very happy with the work Cutting Edge has done for us and we would have full confidence hiring them again to complete a renovation project should we want to. I don’t even know where to start listing all the wonderful comments I have about Davide Nicco and his crew at Cutting Edge Innovative. Our whole South Beach condominium unit was hit hard by water damage during Hurricane Irma in 2017. After many months or remediation etc (11 months), we began to search for a contractor to start our massive renovation. None of the ones that we interviewed with remotely seem to have the skill, people personality or price that we were looking for until we found Cutting Edge Inn. I dealt with Davide from the very start during the proposal and negotiating process up until the work was completely finished and beyond. He is an amazing project manager with an amazing ability to remember even the smallest details of the project. There was never a time when he refused to at least try to make something happen for me and 99% of the time he did it the way I wanted it and the other 1% he had a better alternative for it. His problem solving skills, incredible patience and ability to multitask between projects is commendable all the while being completely responsive to texts or calls at any time of the day and sometimes evenings. Once you hire Davide he is 100% in and makes you feel like you’re the only project he’s got going on (even though you may not be). On top of it all, I was able to do 95% of the project from start to finish while I was hundreds of miles away via texts and calls. He even gave me access to communicating directly with his technicians and skilled workers via text so we could communicate more easily about a particular situation. He made even the ordering process of different items such as electrical parts so much easier (if you’ve ever tried to purchase the correct electrical outlets and outlet plates for diff functionalities in your home you know what I’m talking about!!) because he would search for what he needed and then send me the link to order. He went beyond the call of duty by offering to work out of my apt for a couple of hours while waiting for the delivery of our kitchen appliances and many more instances. When you meet Davide, do not be fooled by his youth (mid 20’s) because his experience is clearly beyond his years. Truly my husband and I could not be happier with Davide, his crew and Cutting Edge and would give him 10 Stars if we could.

We hired The Cutting Edge Innovative to do demolition and renovations at our house. The work included demolishing a 50-year old rundown overhead structure and concrete slab, removing two large equipment sheds, installing a new 21' x 15' concrete slab for the replacement shed, removal/replacement of the entire surrounding fence, sodding the entire yard, re-tiling the front porch, installing a new door frame and door, replacing the front concrete walkway, and putting a fresh coat of paint inside and out. Davide Nicco was the project manager in charge and did a tremendous job coordinating the work and managing multiple sub-contractors seamlessly behind the scenes. We had requested at the start of the project that this work be done "by the book" and Davide and his team took care of the entire permitting process from application to finalization including all the headaches and frustrations that come with it. Unforeseen issues arose and Davide responded and resolved each and every one of them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Davide and the Cutting Edge team for any and all projects. Fantastic job! Our place looks like new!
