Gables Construction Group exceeded all of our expectations! We hired them to create a dream outdoor space with a summer kitchen, covered patio and a pool upgrade. They did an amazing job creating somewhere in which we love to grill outside, with plenty of space for 10 people to enjoy meals together, talk or watch TV. They were quick to handle issues and were always willing to share ideas along the way and answer our questions.

First of all, I'd like to say that I have no idea what the previous review from 8 months ago is relating to. His description of the Ownership of Gables Construction as well as what he describes as his experiences are extremely far removed from reality and the comportment of this company. As the reply from the owner suggests, it is a plain bogus review and clearly looks to me to be just plain 'character assassination'.While, at this time, I do not have a personal experience building or renovating a home with Gables Construction, I do have plenty experience in building and renovations in Miami to easily identify good and bad general and sub contractors. In doing my due diligence, and dealing with Gables Construction for 2 years now as we get closer to start on two 12,000 SF luxury home projects in Pinecrest, I can readily attest that they have earned my trust and confidence. Even without a signed contract or asking for compensation of any kind, Alberto has been there for the entire process of getting ready to build.His subs find him and his Supervisors to be demanding, respectful, fair, diligent, detailed and hard working. His follow up skills, based on a very intricate proprietary tracking system allows Gables Construction to cross check and document the work done and immediately address any shortcomings before it is too late and costly for the client.Selecting a General Contractor is as critical as marrying the right person. It should not be a process that one shortchanges or short circuits. Do your complete due diligence, but above all, feel 100% complete confidence that, if you choose Gables Construction, you'll be in great hands.
