It rained the night after Perfect Roofing took the old roof off. Perfect had so thoroughly covered our rafters with tarps that not a drop got through.At the end of each day’s work, they spent another hour cleaning up — nails, roofing material, whatever had fallen off during the day was cleaned up before they left. We could have had friends over for a patio barbecue in the middle of the roofing job if we had wanted to!The laborers clearly had worked together on many previous jobs and went about their tasks with little supervision. They were skilled and, by the way, polite.Everything happened on schedule and as promised. Clearly they care — not just about the quality of their work, but also how the job looked when they were done. It’s beautiful.

I highly recommend Perfect roofing of south Florida ,The service was excellent from the start. Yadir was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and was very professional and courteous. Our new roof was just finished and I want to give a good report of Perfect Roofing of Florida. Our neighbors at the other end of the block had their roof done by them and raved about them. I called, they showed up on time, listened to my concerns, were willing to handle special requests of my design, worked a schedule around our having the house tented for termites after some rotted wood was replaced, and cleaned up every day. Make no mistake, it was a painful process. Expensive, but their proposal was in line with others we got. It was noisy, dirty work, and there were rain delays, but they communicated the new schedule well. They were pleasant and polite to work with and the staff worked hard. The roof looks great. We are pleased.

2018/11/6 - My roof repair was done. Out of the three roofing companies I called for an estimate, Perfect Roofing of Florida was the only company to return my call instantly and schedule a visit to give an estimate for my roof/leak repair. Emmanuel was very professional, seemed very honest and straight forward when showing me where the problem on my roof was. After providing me a quote, we decided to schedule the work for the following week and was very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the repair, Emmanuel and a crew arrived on time and began the work. I was very pleased to receive messages with pictures of the repair work progressed, which made me feel very comfortable with what they had done without me being on top of their work. The price they offered me to get the job done, I believe, was very reasonable. I would truly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or just a repair as they were very professional from beginning to end.

There's not much too add than what other reviewers have already said. Nothing but superlatives. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of the work. We had a relatively old asphalt shingle roof that needs to be replaced and we went with the concrete tiles. Plus he always answers the phone if you have any questions or concerns. That almost never happens in this city, at least with my experience. I'm sure there are a lot of other quality contractors out that there, but he's up there with the best of them.

This was our first time dealing with anything roof-related and to say that Perfect Roofing of Florida was in fact PERFECT, is understating the facts.For starters, we contacted over ten companies for estimates and even though we had made the decision to go with metal, we figured we’d hear all the companies out and examine the options that they gave us. Perfect Roofing of Florida and their rep, Jesse, were the only company that took the time to explain all the options and evaluate what we wanted.They were the only company that did not try to steer us away from our decision and explained as many of the scenarios ahead of the job that could factor into the work. When I say that one company flat out said “no” to our metal decision without any further explanation, I am not kidding.Jesse was patient and took a long time on our property to evaluate how the metal would fit and concluded that an area of our home that had a slight variant to the overall roof could be assimilated into the overall design.Every other company said it couldn’t be done and advised us to redo the roof as a flat roof and let the metal be everywhere else. Basically, they suggested an aesthetic and logistical nightmare as that was the part of the roof we wanted to cover in metal the most and 100% the reason why we opted with the material in the first place.Once we selected Perfect Roofing of Florida, they were extremely communicative during the permits-acquiring phase and once they showed up to start, owner Emmanuel was on site to accompany his takedown crew who completed the task in one day: Tearing up the old roof, fixing what needed to be fixed, covering up what needed to be covered ahead of inspection, and left the property in pristine condition.An incredible show of skill and professionalism as they included un in every step of the process and showed us what they were doing as they did it.The delivery of metal was also a seamless operation and once their dedicated metal roof crew showed up, the job was completed ahead of schedule and again, in the utmost professional manner.Emmanuel maintained constant communication with us and provided at all moments, updated photographs and drone footage of the job to keep us informed in real time.We are happy with our long-term investment in metal but if we ever need a roofing job done, we will not hesitate to contact Perfect Roofing of Florida again and will recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation to anyone who might need them.Great price, personable, professional, and dedicated to their craft – a rarity in South Florida. Professional, delivered as promised, engineered our job to code. Although not the low bidder Perfect Roofing was worth every penny and the difference in price was justified by the different scope. Work performed when and as promised, and we even got a closeout package including a certification for our insurance company and final lien release. Perfect Roofing is the best! I had some damage after the hurricane last year. After calling a local roofer, they worked, and charged, but did not fix the problem. So I called Perfect Roofing, they showed up quickly, investigated thoroughly, got on it immediately. It has been 6 months now, the repair was fixed and complete and, well, Perfect! I recommend them 100%.**Update 01/10/2024: Since my original post, I have asked Perfect Roofing to do additional work to my residential roof. Once after having the house painted and the roof 'cleaned' - over 15 tiles were damaged and Perfect Roofing came by immediately to document, evaluate and repair incredibly fast. The next time there were some cracked tiles (old age?) that my insurance company required be repaired for continuing insurance coverage (drone pictures). Again, Perfect Roofing came out directly, corrected the issues, documented the process (insurance companies requirement) and took care of business in a perfect way. Perfect Roofing will always be the roofing company I will call and rely on!

He walked us trough all the steps in the process, and was very knowledgeable and precise on each answer, including time frame for each part of the process, even the pauses for the inspections.We didn’t have a decision on what type of roof we wanted to install, and Jesse was very helpful explaining us pros and cons for each option. He even sent us samples in different colors to make our decision easier.Once que proceeded to sign the contract, Emmanuel got in contact with us, and he took care of all the work and inspections.
