The whole reason I hired Justin was to replace the leaking gutter along my lanai. He said the patch should work & they had another job to go to but would come back if it still leaked. He never came back to replace & won't return calls. He did come back to repair a down spout that he moved without my permission that was pouring straight down into our foundation. His repair was to place a drainage extension right top of a sprinkler head and next to my bedroom window. So every time I need to run my sprinkler it I have to manually remove the drain. Also, the gutters along the front and side have water sitting in them days after it rains attracting mosquitoes. He said that is normal. Paid $1100 that should be refunded so proper gutters can be installed.

Very pleased with my original installation in every way. Recently called with an issue and Justin came the next day and addressed the issue. What WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would definitely recommend them for Gutter Work.
