Love this company! Very good service and worked with my unusual circumstances to make a mess into a happy ending. Very fair prices and great workmanship! I interviewed several people for this job and I am very happy that I chose Burtis roofing. Pete is awesome! He is very hands on with his company and responded almost immediately every time I reached out. I live in another state this job was on my mother in laws house so it was a little harder to make sure all went as planned and in a timely manner, but Pete made it all run smoothly from start to finish! They were very professional and punctual.What was most amazing was that they removed the old shingles and put new ones on in ONE day. Pete Burtis and his crew did an amazing job! I had three companies come out for estimates. They all seemed about the same, however Pete was very attentive with quick responses and was great at explaining things and giving me as much time that I needed. He followed up with me regularly but was never pushy. Very professional and well spoken. It was about a month from when I signed to when the roof was finished. We had damage from hurricane Ian, but thanks to Burtis Roofing we can sleep well at night knowing we are covered under a quality roof.Service: Roof installation

Pete and his team at Burtis roofing far exceeded our expectations! When we started the process we were still waiting to hear back from our insurance company and Pete constantly checked in with us to see how the process was going and offered options to help us get our roof fixed in a timely manner! And not checking in to bother but genuinely checking in to see how we were after heavy rain storms. It was not only his professionalism but his genuine concern and follow up that sealed the deal for us, not to mention way more affordable than the other 5/6 companies that came out. Burtis Roofing did an amazing job. I scheduled estimates with 3 local roofers. My decision to go woth Burtis roofing came when i received the quote. Not only were they competitive with pricing, but the fact that he addressed all of my concerns, he included in his quote all the questions that prevented me from all the back and forth. He included references, insurance info, a COMPLETE estimate and what to expect....need I say more? He was in constant communication with me before, during and after. I was never left to wonder what was happening with permitting, start dates and product receipt! Peter took the time with me to make sure I got 100% satisfaction from start to finish. His crew was timely, respectful of my property and professional. My new solar attic fans were so quiet I didnt think they were working properly so I called Peter and he had someone out to check the same day! He also gave me a great recommendation for gutters! David, the foreman for the project, was super friendly and answered all questions. They patched up a leak on our roof for a better price than anyone else was quoting. They came out and got the job done in a timely manner. Then Pete called me back about a week later to check back and make sure everything was still looking good after a couple heavy rainstorms came through. That meant a lot to me, not a lot of guys are gonna call and check up like that a week after completing the job. Definitely recommend

Burtis Roofing did an awesome roof asphalt shingle replacement job for our home. Every step of the way from initial discussion of options and the selection of the roof and materials Burtis provided expert advice and direction. Burtis communicated throughout the whole project informing us of each step: through with permitting, scheduling, delivery of product and then executed flawlessly on removal and replacement of the 20+ yr old roof with a new one. My experience with Burtis was beyond expectation. My project started on the date scheduled. The entire project was completed in 1 day! The team was thorough and worked in tandem like a science :) They cleaned up all debris and my yard was cleaner than before it was. He called him and the next day, which happen to be a Saturday, Pete was on top of his roof fixing the issues.
