Jeff Albert Roofing, I was going to hire this company. Hugo came out saw my work I needed he agreed to do the work. He stated they have a gutter guy to remove and replace the gutter so he can do his repairs. Once I received the quote I called and Kelly said it was a 3 weeks out before they could do the work so I paid so I can get on schedule. I paid and my neighbor paid 3 days later and they came out and repaired his roof in 2 days. My neighbor has same amount of work, they needed gutter removed / replaced and fascia repair. How can you tell someone 3 weeks and someone paid after you 2 days. Here is the second problem I have with Jeff Albert roofing they over charge me 400.00 on the same repairs as my neighbor. I get a phone call later telling me I needed to hire a gutter company after Hugo stated he had a gutter company when he came out to give me estimate. Now on top of this I have to hire a gutter guy to remove gutter plus they charged me 400.00 more. The killer part about this is I have the same amount of fascia repair and a gutter removal and reinstalled he charged me 400.00 more than my neighbor. My job is a simple job I only need 1 straight piece of treated board and the other guy was more complicated it was in a corner. How do they come up with these prices to overcharge customers 400.00 for a simple job then someone who have the same amount of repair?I did recommend them to someone they need a roof and fascia repair. I called them not to use them because they are a rip-off of a company.I will not recommend them to anyone else.

I was referred to Jeff Albert Roofing by a close friend. At every step of the process from the estimate by Hugo to the repair work led by Eddie and Carlos - these guys shined. They showed up when promised and the work was done quickly. My property was spotless after they were done. I would highly recommend this team for any repair work. I cannot say enough great things about these guys! Recently, I was in a bind with a leak in my garage caused by "something" on the roof. They had someone out immediately, evaluated the issues, provided clear pathways to repair and got me scheduled. As things became more pressing with persistent rains, Kelly moved mountains to get a repair team out to fix the issues, and also addressed some risky items that they found. I've trusted and relied on them for the past 5 years I've been in this house, and they show me time and time again why! I developed a leak with the recent rains and had 3 different companies come out for estimates. Hugo from Jeff Albert was great and explained how the repairs would be done and what to expect. They were also able to fit me in their schedule where the others were very much delayed. We also got a full roof replacement quote from him and he showed the materials they use - hot mopping and bitumen rather than the new peel-n-stick variety. It is worth the extra money to me to get the better quality materials and workmanship. The roof repairs were done quickly - in about half a day- and you cannot even tell they were there at all. Perfect workmanship and the wife is very happy- so I'm happy too! I would recommend this roofing company to anybody who needs repairs or a new roof.Service: Roof repair

A friend from church recommended Jeff Albert Roofing to me when my flat roof started leaking. Jeff sent out a team member right away to inspect my roof for repair. Eventually I decided on a full-roof replacement. I received three separate quotes and chose to go with Jeff. Not only did Jeff come highly recommended, his price was the best of my three estimates and our face-to-face meeting gave me complete confidence in him and his team.Jeff's team got started on the job immediately after the permit was approved. They started early every morning and stayed late into the afternoon. Every time I had interaction with the workers they were smiling and friendly. I had several interactions with Stephanie in the office -- she was terrific! On the third day the roof was completed and ready for final inspection.Overall I don't think I could be happier with my experience with Jeff Albert Roofing. His crew showed up every day ON TIME, professional, organized and left our property every day almost spotless. Thought Jeff was professional, but I was wrong. After an initial inspection by Hugo I was told by him and Kelly that Jeff would call me to discuss my job. I called back and was told the same thing. No call with a leaking roof. Must be too busy for new business.

They replaced about 2 dozen broken tiles and the price was reasonable. Our roof tiles were discontinued and they were able to find a close match where you can't tell the difference. They also stuck to the quoted timeline. Overall a good experience.
