I recently inherited the house in Delray Beach that I grew up in. My family has owned it for 40 years; and nothing has really been done to it for 30 years. My partner and I decided to move into the house and have it completely renovated. Since I lived in Tampa at the time, I wanted to hire a contractor I could trust. We hired RENOVA Contractors because they had the best reputation and reviews in the city… great work, good prices, and are very trustworthy is what we were looking for. They honestly assessed the situation and told me what I should and should not do. The renovation turned out AMAZING… it is not the same house I grew up in any more…it truly is our brand new home! Thank you to all of the RENOVA team including Curtis, Andy, Vinny, and Humberto for a job well done!! P.S. When I was at our restaurant in Tampa , someone we knew brought in a couple that just moved to Delray Beach. I explained we were moving back and mentioned who was doing the construction work to our home. The couple strangely knew of RENOVA and had actually used them for a commercial renovation they had done and agreed, they are the best contractors in Delray Beach. (small world lol) We are forever grateful and will recommend you to anyone we can!

We contracted in early 2023 with RENOVA to do a major remodeling of a condominium we purchased in Boynton Beach. Although the project took a month longer than we had hoped (1 1/2 months), the results were excellent. The project included a complete kitchen redo as well as the master bedroom and bathroom and the other 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, plus much work on the rest of the condo. We were very specific about what the final look should be and RENOVA was able to meet these expectations. The quality of the workmanship was first rate. The subcontractors were all very skilled and helpful. The project manager Brandon was always available and responsive as were other members of the RENOVA team. It was a huge undertaking and of course there were bumps in the road but the issues were resolved fairly, smoothly and quickly. As with all projects like this, there were post completion minor issues, which they continued to follow up on. Finally, although the original quoted cost was exceeded by roughly 10%, this was primarily due to our changes in materials. All in all a job well done!

When deciding whether to tear down our newly purchased home in Lake ida in Delray Beach or stay on the same footprint and have an extensive remodel and addition, there was no question we would use RENOVA Contractors based on their reputation and the quality of the homes they have renovated. It looks amazing and Curtis had our trust and confidence going through the process with a proposed budget and timeline, and answered our questions.
As the work progressed some different options arose. Curtis presented us with the cost of the different options, so we could make our choice. RENOVA WAS FANTASTIC!!! We did a major renovation and actually moved out of our home for 3 months while the construction was going on. We essentially gutted our 5,000sf home in Delray Beach. Bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor sun area and porch areas and swimming pool. We even took one of our downstairs bedrooms and built a beautiful home office for my husband with custom everything.  I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this experience.  Their entire crew top to bottom could not have been more talented, professional and we all got along sooooo well.  I have done many renovations, remodels and construction projects over the years and these guys are by far the best General Contractors I've ever had the opportunity to work with. I have nothing but praise for this remodeling firm! Andy and Luciano were the first persons I called when I wanted my kitchen rebuilt. I really appreciated Luciano's updates with photographs during the process. A few years ago, I had new windows installed, and the level of detail was just as excellent as it was the first time. I cannot tell you enough how important it is to choose a professional renovation company like RENOVA Contractors. One that will do the right thing and take care of you when you encounter problems. And with any project of this magnitude you will encounter problems. If you don't, you are the luckiest person alive. We had a series of very bad luck items that certainly were not the fault of RENOVA but at every turn they made it right.When other contractors wouldn’t give us the time of day, because our project was bigger than our budget, RENOVA worked with us to figure out a way that we could get it done. We ended up doing some of the demo, painting, trim work and tile work and other finish work. This really means RENOVA had to do extra administrative work to make this all come together. Not every contractor will do it. They have to schedule homeowner work into the calendar just like a regular subcontractor. We really appreciated that Brian (the co-owner) and Helga (the designer) came out and talked us through our project options on the first visit. They were able to give us some options and ball park figures based on other projects after just a few days.We were difficult customers. We are picky and we made a lot of changes. We also had some bad luck incidents. Brandon our project manager, was great. He rolled with the punches and we came to compromises and agreements on every issue. Of course we were stressed because we were living in a hotel for 2 months but none of that stress came from RENOVA. The RENOVA subcontractors were all super friendly and did really solid work. The plumbing, HVAC, framing, drywall and electrical contractors were all top notch. They even recommend a metal company to fabricate our steel stair railing who we worked with outside the main project. Really they did everything they could to make this project work within our budget and still come out absolutely gorgeous!.We absolutely love the finished product. We couldn’t be happier and we can now stay in our house for as long as we live. We have had several parties since renovation was completed and everyone loves it. Thank you again to the entire team at RENOVA!

My first experience with my home renovation was tough and time-consuming. Deadlines were missed, the quality of work was off and I was disappointed. Recently, I undertook a massive overhaul of my apartment building in Delray, close to the beach. I can't sing high enough praises for Brian and Humberto. Brian was my main point of contact and, let me tell you, the man doesn't miss a beat. Whether it was a call or a quick text, he was right there with a solution or update. And Humbertos expertise on site was evident with every problem and every question I had. He personally oversaw the renovation of the rooftop lounge area, ensuring that it was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We faced some challenges with the older electrical setup in the building, but under Humberto's watchful eye, everything was addressed seamlessly. After looking at a several renovation contractors for my kitchen remodel job, I chose RENOVA for a few different reasons. I like the fact that Curtis came out and spent time with me listening to my design ideas. He offered his own ideas as well, and together we came up with a great design plan. After spending about an hour and half on his first visit to my home and taking all the measurements, he produced a 3D design drawing at no charge.Other companies I looked at using wanted to charge anywhere from $500-$2,000 for the same drawings. I also like the fact that RENOVA employs a large majority of their own internal workers and do minimal sub-contracting. The work began on the start date and was completed within the time frames stated in the contract. Once the work began, the guys were there every day and almost always right on time. All of the workers were incredible especially Humberto and his team and went out of their way to ensure the job was done right. Before they left each day, they made sure trash was removed, the work area was vacuumed and cleaned. As with all large remodeling projects some challenges did arise but they were quickly rectified. Once the kitchen was completed I also contracted RENOVA  for all three of my bathrooms and master bedroom and bathroom which I am also very pleased with. While most large remodeling jobs are inconvenient for the homeowner, RENOVA made an extra effort to minimize these inconveniences.At the completion I am very happy with the work that was provided by RENOVA and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen or bathroom renovation.

My husband and I were referred to RENOVA Renovation Contractors by a respected delray beach area real estate agent, and have just completed what we consider to be a major renovation of our home. Our experience with the RENOVA Renovation Contractors  was absolutely enjoyable every step of the way. Their professional, yet friendly approach made our project fly by. I highly recommend RENOVA. I have done work with many companies in the past, but I have never had as positive of an experience as I did with RENOVA. Their entire team led by, Andy and Curtis are creative, prompt, courteous, friendly, reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend RENOVA Contractors for any building needs you may have. In February of 2022 we sustained a fire in our office building located in downtown Delray Beach Florida that required a complete gutting and renovation of the entire building. From the very first meeting, their Project Manager Brandon, was the voice of calm in a very chaotic and stressful situation. He worked directly with our Insurance Adjuster, keeping us from having to do much of anything. Curtis, their lead supervisor, did a fantastic job helping us decide on a new layout for the office space, and we were able to have more finished areas than before. Their ability to help keep the costs down, coupled with the quick turnaround was very impressive. All the RENOVA employees were super nice and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Even the sub-contractors and in-house crews they used were very helpful, skilled, professional and accommodating. There isn't a single thing we have noticed that indicates they cut any corners, nor did they promise anything that wasn't delivered. In fact, just the opposite, they outperformed their promises. There is no other company we will even consider if we are in need of a major renovation project in the future.

We hired RENOVA to help renovate a home we had just purchased in Boynton Beach. We needed someone that could help make it beautiful and not break the bank. Also, we had never renovated a home and needed someone to help guide us through the process. On first meeting with Curtis  we knew that he was the perfect fit. He worked within our budget and gave us wonderful ideas on how to make our visions come true without going over the top and spending a ton of money. He also has a wealth of knowledge in home renovation and a large arsenal of contractors and subcontractors he works with that give him great deals. He is the whole package: a designer, buyer, and project manager all in one. He recommended we “refresh” some spaces, which keeps costs low.  For instance, Curtis noticed our bathroom didn’t need a total overhaul and he utilized original tile and fixtures while giving it an updated look. However, we really wanted to totally change the kitchen and chose to remodel it instead. We originally thought of doing a peninsula but Curtis found a way to incorporate an island instead - totally genius! Having an island has provided so much better flow and walking space than a peninsula. Overall, RENOVA's  services drastically improved the value of our home. I know that whatever money we put into the home we would get back and then some, but our home is so beautiful now I can never imagine selling it! On top of all this, Curtis was incredibly organized, detail oriented, very responsive, and just an overall joy to work with. I cannot recommend Curtis and RENOVA enough! They are the best !!!

Where to begin? My wife and I first met Brian of RENOVA in 2019 when we're on the search for a new home for our family. We moved into a new home in East Delray and automatically knew we needed to get a lot of work done. I am not a big visionary, but RENOVA did my neighbors’ home renovation so I gave them a call in hopes they'd be able to help me. They came to give me a quote not even 48 hours after I called and helped me design what style would work best for my space. The textures, colors and fixtures were all incredible and a  testament to their design skills. They treated my home with the upmost respect and made sure at the end of every work day my house was put together and clean. We have had several jobs, large and small, done by RENOVA Contractors and have been extremely happy with their work and work ethic. The number one, most important thing to me has been that I can call anytime, during a job or after completion, and Curtis will address any questions or concerns. They stand behind their subcontractors and I don’t have to chase anyone down.  If they say they will be there, they will be. I know the job will be done properly and this takes a lot of the stress of a renovation away. The job site is always kept as clean as possible and I’ve never had to worry about cleaning up because they do it before they leave throughout the day and when they leave every night. Everyone is always nice, courteous and respectful. I never have to worry about my kids hearing things they shouldn’t, which has been a problem in previous home renovation companies. Going into this renovation, we had heard so many horror stories about all the things that could go wrong – projects dragging on forever, going way over budget, or just having shoddy work that needed to be replaced – so we were really bracing ourselves for the worst. But working with Curtis and the team over at RENOVA the final product of my home and overall experience was the complete opposite of that. All pricing was transparent and fair, the quality of the workmanship was absolutely top notch, and to my surprise, the bulk of the work actually finished early. Renova contractors are absolutely second to none. They did a complete master bathroom remodel for me which included the movement of some plumbing and electrical. They as well as their subcontractors are responsive and courteous and answered all of my questions. Although I had my own vision for the new design of the master bathroom Curtis had some really great suggestions that I agreed to. They placed plastic sheeting up and covered both doors that exited the bathroom and covered the vents to limit the dust. They let me know what was going to happen every step of the way and stayed on track. Curtis was fantastic and worked around my schedule which wasn't always easy. The project management tool that they use to communicate and provide status/timeline is easy to understand and I knew where all of our interactions were instead of going through emails/texts. There were no financial surprises at the end of the bathroom remodel. The final result was absolutely breathtaking and completed on time! Not to brag but my bathroom could be on HGTV or any interior design magazine as a showcased master bathroom design. I highly recommend them and can't stop talking about how great they are. I know they are very busy but be patient and wait for them to have an opening. You will not be disappointed.

A number of years ago we "borrowed" Curtis from the RENOVA construction company that our neighbor from across the street had been working together for quite some time. We figured he was either very talented or very slow, so we took a chance hiring him for our renovation. Fortunately he was very good. He did several minor to major remodeling jobs for us and we were extremely satisfied with his work and his character. Later, in another house, we trusted Curtis and his team to do the entire home renovation. They completely gutted, redesigned and rebuilt our current house in Delray Beach. This winter we will be representing his work in the 2024 Remodelers Home Tour. Before that however, Curtis will be expanding the remodel of 2 years ago and building a new home addition to our house and creating a bigger and better master bedroom and bathroom suite. I honestly cannot say enough good things about RENOVA Renovations. Their entire team from start to finish is the best there is! Curtis and Helga in sales and design, Brandon our project manager, Andy and Humberto who supervised our job onsite everyday and did our electrical, and every single team member that came into our home to complete their part of our kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry area renovation was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, courteous, and got the job done no matter what it took.My wife and I were so impressed by how organized, detail-oriented, coordinated and thorough their renovation operation ran. Living through a kitchen renovation can be brutal, but RENOVA actually made the experience pleasant, and they finished our job in the time frame they said they would, and within the agreed-upon budget. There were no surprises. We have only lived in our home for a year and a half and have already had to replace 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, garage doors, flooring in every room, the entire HVAC system and I could go on and on. Our house is 31 years old and we have had numerous other contractors in to do work before we found RENOVA Renovations. If we had found them sooner, we would have used them for every job, and we will definitely use RENOVA  for every job moving forward. On a Saturday Curtis picked up the phone! He even came over the following day, which was Easter Sunday, to assess the damage. That customer service was over and above what we had expected, and we knew they were the contractors we wanted.Curtis has an enormous depth of knowledge and experience in the construction business who is down to earth and extremely detail oriented. We had never done any type of remodeling before and were nervous. However, we didn’t need to be. He provided everything for us including a design architect, appointments with vendors to pick out materials and ideas on how to handle issues that arose when our old floors and walls were opened up. Curtis was a life-saver in helping us pick out items that fit within our “look” and providing suggestions on what might look best. Curtis demands quality from all the vendors/subcontractors they use; they absolutely will not settle for less. This is exactly what you want in a great contractor. The end result is a master bedroom and bathroom that is even more beautiful than we could have expected! We would recommend them for any building or remodeling.
