Homeowner looking to confirm or deny some questions I had with some roofing companies. This supply house was extremely professional and informative. I know they work primarily with contractors, but I was treated as if I was the CEO of one own their clients. Bravo!!

We ordered tile in July 2022 and did not receive it until late December 2022. When I contacted this company for an explanation, the staff member kept interrupting me whenever I tried to talk. When I asked the representative if I could speak, he flat out said, "no!" Very rude and unprofessional! Our roofing project began in July 2022 and wasn't completed until January 2023. Having a monopoly in the roofing supply industry in Florida doesn't give a company the right to be rude to its paying customers!
