Quality work thus far but they are way behind schedule and seemingly don’t care. The owner disappears when you voice frustration. My house will go 2 weeks with no crew being there. Jason doesn’t really seem to care. I’d strongly advise anyone considering them to include an SLA in your contract regarding project time line. I didn’t and regret it.

Have been waiting since November 2023 for King Construction to return and correct faulty work. Have been told by owner "someone will be scheduled but you need to be patient". It is now April 2024 and no one has been out and addressed issues. One issue being failed grout in shower within five months of completion. The owner is not answering or returning calls. I would not recommend this company.
