Thank you Taylor for helping us. Our roof looks great. The men that did our roof did a very nice job. What a great experience! Met with Carter & Nate for a roof inspection after a major hail storm. Very thorough, professional, & most of all, honest! After going through Hurricane Michael 5 years ago, and working with 20+ different contractors (not one that I would ever recommend), I would highly recommend R3 Roofing & Exteriors to anyone needing their services!

I noticed a sign for the company in a yard and decided to give them a call since our pool house roof needed fixing. Taylor, a gentleman who answered the phone, was polite and I requested a quote for the roof. He came over the next day and informed me that the roof was in poor shape and needed fixing. He took my email address and said I would receive a quote in a couple of days.I followed up with Taylor via text to check if the quote was ready, but he informed me that they couldn't assist as it was too small of a project after speaking with the General Manager. He mentioned that they might have been able to help if it were my house as well.I was disappointed with their response. They claimed the roof was in bad shape but refused to provide a quote because they wouldn't make enough money from the project. I expressed my discontent, considering it an unprofessional reply. In response, Taylor mentioned that our house's roof was their last project in the area, providing a new reason for not helping a family in need.Overall, their behavior was unprofessional. I initially reached out to the company, expecting a more positive response, especially towards families in our community who are in need. However, I never received a reply, leading me to write this review.

Peyton and Taylor did a great job helping me through the insurance process and helping me pick out the product that would look best for my house. There were a few issues during the installation, one of which was a broken lamp globe. Tara was amazing, sorting that issue and having the lamps replaced and installed.Thank you very much R3 roofing for making this process as painless as possible.
