We just had our roof completed by Amador Roofing and the experience was great from start to finish. They worked quickly and efficiently, took time to protect our property, picked up after themselves and most importantly, they communicated every step of the way. We were always contacted to let us know what the next step would be and once the work started, it was completed within a reasonable time frame. The quality of work was excellent- I compare it to my neighbors who recently had their roof done, and you can see the difference in the details. I definitely recommend AMADOR to anyone looking for an excellent roofing company. I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could! I had a metal roof installed and couldn't be happier with the way it looks. Sales rep, Roque Castro, explained the process in detail and kept in contact through each stage of the service. The site manager and work crews were professional and very polite. They protected my home and AC units, and left my property clean of debris. Amador Roofing is all about treating their customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. From their Sales, to Office Staff, to the Site Supervisor and labor staff, each member of the team treats you as though you are their top priority (even with other customers in scope). The contract, permit, pre-, post-work processes were explained in detail and we were walked through each step as they happened. Even small hiccups are communicated clearly as they occurred, no surprises (my favorite motto). Did our re-roof go as planned? No, but we were advised at time of contract there could be potential issues due to the state of our roof and they communicated throughout the process exactly what was happening and asked for input on how we wanted to proceed. This was a HUGE undertaking for us and we could not be happier we put in our due diligence to find the best team to partner with for our complete re-roof. Thank you Mr. Amador and your team!!

We absolutely love our new roof and soffit and recommend Amador Roofing to anybody shopping for a new dome. Amador saved us from a costly competitor and put a beautiful roof over our home for nearly half the cost. We needed plenty of repairs as well as a new soffit. The various crews that came in were fast and clean, all being extra conscientious of our little girls and puppy that use the outdoor yard daily. The entire process was smooth and went rather quickly. I never leave reviews on businesses, but the experience I had with Amador Roofing was so criminal that I want everyone to know not to do business with them. They came to our house to fix our terrace and literally 2 weeks after they were done it started leaking again down to our carport and when we told them that they said it was a new issue which it was not. This is the issue we hired them for lol. So even after 2 weeks they said they are not responsible. After a call or two they blocked myself and my realtor when called to make it right. Absolutely unprofessional and the work they did not only caused more than good it was poor workmanship. We payed a lot for nothing. How they are still in business is unbelievable. Be warned.

I was in the market for a new roof, and after numerous calls to several local roofing companies, I reached out to Amador roofing.To my surprise their Operations Manager Heide Pacheco answered the call and was extremely knowledgeable on all roofing materials, price ranges, etc.. She took my info and had someone out within 24 hours. To my surprise, the sales rep was just as professional and knowledgeable. From that moment, I refused to call anyone else and signed the contract on the spot. My new metal roof is the envy of the block, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire process. The job was finished on time and on budget by a professional team. 3 years later the new roof is holding strong and looks great. He came to our house and gave us a reasonable estimate. He was amazing at communicating with me at all times (weekends included) I was working on a home project and everything had to be done in a specific order. I called Amador Roofing to get an estimate for damages caused by hurricane Irma. Their tech Mike arrived on time and was very professional. While he inspected the damages, I commented on how upset I was because my insurance company was only paying me $100 above my deductible for the damages to my roof. I told him I felt so insulted I didn't even cash the check. He asked me about the estimate from MY adjuster. I said I didn't have one. He said I had the right to hire an adjuster myself to provide me with a second estimate of the damages and explained process in detail. I followed through with the information he provided. I hired a brilliant adjuster, Luis Rodriguez, at 'Adrian Gamez Adjusters'. Thanks to Mike's great advice, I didn't have to come out of pocket any money and was able to get the insurance company to pay for a whole new roof!!! Regardless to say I hired Amador Roofing for the job. More importantly they were fairly priced. Also, while they completed the work, their roofers were very tidy. They didn't leave any messes behind on my property. They were professional and showed up everyday until the work was completed. **Thanks Mike!!! I have requested roofing repair proposals from Amador Roofing for two different properties over the last couple years. For both projects, I received proposals from four (or more) companies. Amador was not the least expensive proposal (in both cases) but they were the most professional and responsive from the initial inquiries and throughout our entire engagement. I selected Amador for both projects and don’t regret that decision for one second. Both jobs were done exactly as described in the proposals.
