Excellent company, answered any questions, always available, this is the 3rd roof Ive done, and by far the best company in town . Laid out tarps all around to catch the debris , cleaned up each day after leaving. Everyone complementing how great our roof looks. Gustavo was great, always available to answer any concerns. Other longer serving companies even told me “ Duke is too cheap, they will charge you xtra later “ . That never happened, same price, top quality. Thousands cheaper than others. My GC company has used Duke Contractors multiple times for commercial roofing. So when we needed our Home roof replaced, they were on the top of our list.Out of all the quotes we recieved, Duke had competitive pricing but their warranty and matierals included exceeded all of the other companies.They handled the City requirements with ease and once the permit was issued, our re-roof was completed within 2 weeks.I would highly recommend them for Residential and Commercial roofing.

Duke Contractors re did our 22 year old roof perfecly. The house itself was tile, but a small portion was flat and then the garage was shingle. We were happy with all three surfaces. Well, I called Jose Duque. Even though, he heard a female voice, he did not categorize me and overcharge me. He came for a free estimate. Gave me 2 options: 1 for the repair and the other one for the roof replacement. Both prices were great. By the way, another guy with no licence charged me the same price for the same job. It is practically more since I would not have any where to go if something would have happened. Well, Duque company is legit, on time, great service, great consideration for Military and Police officers. Well, all my roof works will be on them. I am 110% satisfied. Let me start by saying, I am not the easieat client to deal with. I have high expectations and I like quality work. I stay on top of work to be completed. These guys met all my expectations. Mr. Duque, Sr. Is a great person. Honest, timely, reaponsive. Gave us a quote very quickly. Having had a bad experience with other Miami contractors, these guys are good peeps. They do quality work at the reasonable price. And they are there every step of the way. Granted, it did take a little longer than expected to start the job from the time the permit was issued, due to rain and other unforseen circumstances (we replaced the flat roof with them). The salesman and on-site representative were very respectful and responsive to any questions and concerns I had. The roof was completed in a timely manner. The only issue I had was that they left their very large truck parked on my driveway for a week. My asphalt driveway sank a bit from the weight of the truck. I got leeks after the roof was done, they have not come back to repair it, I keep on calling them, they said they’ll come in to check.... still waiting.... a month has past... and it’s raining almost every day now.... I’m very angry and disappointed... when they came out to do my roof I went out of my way to help them out, I was told by their employees that they wish every home owner was like me, appreciative of them, and their work... I thought I did what I was supposed to do... was courteous and helpful and patient , and now they don’t have time for me, they could send a guy to check was going on, why I have leaks, it’s been not even a year...
