Let me tell you how amazing Blue and his team at ElDorado Homes is... We were working with another contractor for over a year with zero results for storm damage to our home. I'm 6 month pregnant and needed my house fixed like yesterday... I was told to call Blue. He came out immediately and on a Sunday! By Monday, they had the permit pulled and had all the work completed in a week! He and his team were absolutely amazing! They definitely know their stuff and are true professionals! I'm already saving money to hire them again to do a kitchen remodel and add an outdoor screen room. The work they did for us this time was a new roof with tear off and replacement of boards, replaced/repaired floor (we literally had a hole in our floor/ foundation), removal of mold and mildew in floor and external door, fixed external door, and installation of awnings. I work in real estate and seen lots of contractors/handy men's work, ElDorado Homes work and professionalism has no comparison to others I've seen or worked with. Their work blows the others out of the water! I could go on and on about how amazing they are... I've already have recommended to friends, co-workers and going to recommend them to my clients as well. They were such a huge blessing to us!! Extremely unsatisfied with the horrible experience I had with ElDorado Homes. They were hired to do major renovations, then the owner demanded payment before passing final inspections and the job was ultimately abandoned and never completed. The workmanship was extremely poor in my opinion, huge holes were cut into structural ceiling joists, and there was minimal supervision of employees. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever.

Do not use this place tried to get plans only to take them to bartow to be given two pages of stuff that was wrong with the plans when we tried to get them fixed no one would help keep in mind they have been paid for them they kept saying they were fixing them never could get them stamped so we took to another engineer who thankfully got them done but even the fixed set of plans which were not stamped still were wrong and needed to be fixed it was a nightmare to deal with them!!! Worst experience and no money was given back!! Please save your money and go to a real engineer we also spoke to other engineers who said he has brought work to them they could not stamp as it was completely wrong how he has a business I will never understand!
