From start to finish we are extremely pleased with the service provided by Terrance McKeever Roofing in Clearwater, FL. We were communicating from Pennsylvania, so reviews online were a great help in determining who we would choose. We certainly made the right choice! Terrance returned my original call within 30 minutes of our message and gave clear steps on how to move forward on the project. I felt very at ease with him on the phone, and he was patient with all of my questions. The estimate which was conveniently emailed to us was super reasonable. We just can't say enough about how easy and clear he made the process and how pleasant he was to deal with. Getting paperwork and down payment to him was also very easy. My husband made the trip to Florida while they were working and told me that Taylor, Rob and Joe were super down to earth and hardworking guys! The roof was finished in a timely, organized manner and looks great! My husband also said that from day to day the guys left the property clean and safe. Thanks for making something that was stressful for our family MUCH LESS STRESSFUL! My husband and I highly recommend Terrance McKeever Roofing.

Terrance McKeever Roofing did an exceptional job for me! Mr. McKeever is a man of his word. He examined my roof, gave me a very fair price, and and an exact time frame in which he would start and finish the job. Besides the new roof being even better than I imagined, there were no hidden charges, it was exactly the amount he quoted, and the job was finished in exactly the amount of days he said it would. Passed city inspection without a flaw! For a woman in her mid 60's, and living alone, this means everything to me. I highly recommend Terrance McKeever Roofing!

Terrance McKeever Roofing Is at my place right now. They found a hard to find tile to match my discontinued tiles on my roof and within a week is over here completing the installation. Polite guy and exceptionally knowledgeable with good prices. All is well. Highly recommended.

I met Terry 20+ years ago while working for a property management company in Tampa. I was impressed with his work and professionalism then and still am today. Terry replaced the roof on our house about 11 years ago and have never had any issues. He also performed roofing repairs to my mother-in-laws house, again handled without any issues.I have a project which I will be contacting Terry about today [05/26/2016] when I think ROOFING - Terry is the first thought that comes to mind.

We had just bought a home in Safety Harbor over 3000 square feet and the owner of the home had chosen a different roofer. We started doing our research we had made our mind ups we where not using the roofer he had agreed on. After having Terrance come out to the home doing a quote on a new roof setting the expectations on what his company does that differs from other companies, with the products and time frame. I would highly recommend this company for a piece of mind from beginning to completion.

I needed a roofer in the Clearwater, Pinellas area and came across Terrance McKeever roofing. I did some background research on him and found he's been in business for quite a long time in the area and has a great reputation. I called Terrance and had him come out and provide me a quote on repairing my roof as during a recent storm a huge tree limb had come down on a section of my house and really did some damage to the roof. It started leaking not long after the branch fell and I couldn't wait any longer. Terrance was an expert roofer and had done many repairs to homes similar to mine. He quoted me and I asked him to start work immediately. Terrance McKeever was a professional throughout the entire job. He finished the repairs in a timely manner and now NO MORE LEAK - thanks Terrance McKeever Roofing!

using them was a complete nightmare...over the 8 or so days we had flooding in the house, stained ceilings, damaged flooring, and with their use of 4" nails they pierced the hot water heater power line and it cost me a ton with an electrician to repair.. their onsite manager continued to lied to me and ended covering up old roofing he'd promised to remove.
