Tom is great at texting you back telling you he will be there and never showing up. My mom waited three days in a row for him to show up. I finally text him telling him we were going to find someone else. He thanked me. He must be very busy so that’s good for him. Definitely does not need new customers.

Stay away from these guys! I needed a new roof in NSB, and the date kept slipping by ultimately more than three months. Then, with a complicated warranty issue, Tom Donatti issued me a refund for less than I expected. On inquiry for the difference, I was assaulted on text by Tom himself over a $75 question. He was VERY unprofessional in his correspondence, and clearly cares more about his bottom line than he does about his business or construction relations. If I could give a negative star rating for his company I would. Go elsewhere. Tom Donatti is not a professional businessman, and will be looking for a way to screw you.

RUN FOR THE HILLS. This man is a predator that pulls the bait and switch. He is a very angry hostile person with a hair trigger temper. He is shown me that he is both vindictive and ignorant which is very dangerous, especially when you add in a self righteous temper. I contracted for a 7,000 roof and he told me I needed additional support wall. I asked how much, he didnt know. I never got an estimate or contract. Two month later a bill for $14,000 (uncontracted and never estimated - never agreed and no signatures) arrives. He is the Yosemite Sam of roofers - and believing his work and ethic are GOD like. Dont fall for it. Do not let him in on one contract so he can CREATE his own meal ticket. He is liening my house but Im safer negotiating in court than with this nut case.

Not recommend, the owner is two faced as could be . I was verbally attacked when I asked about the services that I was paying for. I Was told 4 times that work would start on Monday ,that was a lie. I had to pick up nails, cigarette butts and other debris from my yard. My house had the shingles tore off for over three weeks with other material just left laying all over the roof . I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy .I hope this helps others choose the right contractor.
