I had my roof done by Metro Roofing and I was very impressed with their customer service.They helped me with the insurance and were very prompt to respond to any questions or concerns I had, even at night or on weekends. Carl was quick to resolve a minor problem I had and handled everything to my greatest satisfaction.Jason was always very quick to respond to text messages.The other thing I really liked was, that it only took one day to take the old roof off and then another day to complete the new roof. Significant damage occurred to the roof of our home due to hurricane Irma. The insurance company's initial position was to just repair the damage. Metro Roofing representative, Carl, conducted a thorough inspection with the insurance company and based on his efforts, it was determined the roof needed to be replaced. Carl and Kellie did outstanding work in getting us through this issue, resulting in the required replacement of the roof instead of a patch job, and we greatly appreciate their initiative and support. Metro removal and installation process was fantastic. They met our specifications exactly relative to type of peel plus felt underlayments. They followed tile manufacturer's installation guidelines specification. We was very impressed that they inspected the inside of our home days before roof tile removal began and recommended certain items hung on walls be removed to ensure no vibrations caused those items to fall.Excellent site clean up everyday! Many of my neighbors have used them as a result of seeing how well my roof was done.We were always treated professionally and respectfully. Kellie and her team not only put a brand new beautiful roof on our home, they negotiated with the insurance company and had the insurance company pay for our roof after hurricane damage from Irma. Our insurance company originally was not going to pay for our roof, but their professional team showed/proved that we did in fact hurricane damage. They finished not only on schedule, but early. After Irma, our original claim with the insurance co. was denied and the contractor at the time was not able to really help us.Enter Jeff and Metro roofing. They reinspected the roof and negotiated with the insurance carrier. Their relentless and thorough approach resulted in approval for a complete roof replacement.Jeff explained the work process in detail.
