This was our second roof done by Polaris (different houses...). Both times they were amazing. Polite, respectful of both person and property, punctual, and reliable. It is difficult to find companies that are 100% trustworthy — Polaris Roofing is one that definitely IS . Every deadline they gave us was met. The quality of work was outstanding, and their pricing is extremely fair. Could not recommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately I feel compelled to edit my review. Six months after my new roof was installed, Polaris was unable to send someone to replace my pool enclosure screen panels/frame parts taken down during roof replacement. I have yet to see them address a leak discovered in February from a part of a drip edge that was trimmed over my pool enclosure. They stated that any screen panels or pool enclosure parts removed during installation would be replaced. I reached out and they responded but didn't send anyone to fix these issues. I repaired the pool enclosure after tiring from corralling trapped birds. I also made a piece of temporary flashing to address the leak. They stated that they would address these issues but I haven't seen any results. My original review is below.Excellent quality, speed, value, service & professionalism. I have been at my home while Polaris replaced my roof after damage from Hurricane Ian. It's clear that Jeff, Carl and the team enjoy what they do! Carl took as much time as I needed to explain the process and answer my questions. Carl and Jeff were on site for the dry in/installation process. I'm impressed with their attention to detail and cleanliness of their operation. Estimates and paperwork were completed within 24 hours. There was no pressure or hard sell during the entire process. I highly recommend Polaris roofing.

Can't say enough about Polaris Roofing. Jeff Busch the owner is very professional, hands-on and gets the job done. Eli was great to work with and the entire crew. My husband and I are very pleased withour new roof! From removing the old tiles to getting the new tiles installed it was very smooth! Great job and sopleased. Had a small leak from when a front screen was installed in our entryway. We contacted Polaris Roofing at which time team member Carl was sent out to assess the situation.Owner, Jeff Busch showed up a few days later to tackle and fix our issue himself. I would give this company more than 5 stars if I could. I am so glad that I chose them to replace our roof out of the many roof contractors in the area. The sales manager Carl Dawson professionalism is outstanding coupled with his expertise on dealing with the insurance companies. Because of Polaris Roofing our insurance has paid for our full roof replacement after Hurricane Ian. Carl spent time documenting everything to present to the insurance company..he is a gem of Polaris.During the process the owner Jeff was with them working with the crew checking every detail. They cleaned up the area really well and the roof was done perfectly. They made sure to do the right thing from changing the rotted plywood to making sure that water flow is directed properly going down the house. We are so impressed with the work considering the price that they charged us.Please do not have second thoughts of hiring this roofer..they are one of the honest ones in the area that stands behind their word and work.Thank you so much Carl & Jeff!! I am very pleased with the outcome of my new roof. Jeff and his team were absolutely amazing. Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant. Jeff was on site within 1 hóur of my initial phone call, assessed the damage of my roof and in great detail explained everything that would be needed. He worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of in my claim. Shannon was wonderful and even took the time to help me pick out colors because of my indecisiveness. Aside from being pleased with the workmanship of my roof, I was thrilled about how well everything was cleaned up. We contacted Polaris after Hurricane Ian for a roof repair. They were prompt in meeting us at the site and very professional in their walk through. We submitted to our insurance company. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to sell the home before work could be done but did highly recommend to the new buyer to use Polaris to replace the damaged roof.
