In my neighborhood, most of us are being required to get new roofs. Bill did the original work on my home when it was built in 2004 as well as enclosed a room for me.He and his company went above and beyond for me in 2004 and again last week. Bill Duffield personally came to my home and met with me and my service dog Freedom. He went above and beyond to make sure I received the color that I wanted and that my project was done in a professional manner. His crew was available by cell phone throughout the whole process. If you want your roof to look like this after 3 years contact Duffield Home Improvements. My roof was replaced in October 2019 by the previous owner. I purchased the property a couple of months after the renovations were completed. There is a really bad leak in the porch area which is causing water to come down the wall and the roof is now sagging. When I contacted Duffield they said there is no warranty on the roof and it will be $1500 to repair the leak. I don't understand how a 3 year old roof is leaking this bad and the company who installed it does not care.

Just had Duffield replace my vinyl siding with Hardiboard. From start to finish the project went perfectly! Blake showed up on schedule to give me a quote, Paco and his brother did an excellent job with the install, and Duffield even connected me with Randy's painting to get the project finished. People tell stories of contractor nightmares, I cannot. Highly recommended company.

Used Duffield to replace roof on our porch & went with them for rest of the house. Very hard working crew that arrived on time, didn't take breaks or screw around & stayed til the job was done. Duffield did a wonderful job on my metal roof. Their estimate came in quite a bit lower than the 12 other companies I received quotes from. Most quoting higher specifically because of the copper color, Duffield didn’t up charge because of the color. They did the whole job in one weekend and my family couldn’t be happier, or dryer in our home. Thank you!

He was able to give me a quote and start the work as soon as material was in.At every step they kept me informed,Ty did the work (with another guy, I forget his name) they were Fabulous. Best guys I've ever had working in or outside of my home. Ty also made himself available for questions. Best workers ever !I went into the office and was super impressed. The men worked very quickly and were thorough and the roof looks great. The also had a subcontractor who fixed my separate porch roof which needed scraping and retaping. Duffield recently re-roofed my home and did a great job. The roof is an atypical shape (Dutch Colonial.) The roofing team was here at 8am everyday and cleaned the site before leaving each evening. They finished the job in 5 days. The project manager, Maria, came to my home each day and answered my questions, updated me on the progress, kept me informed about material usage and let me know the next steps. I was extremely impressed with the crew that worked on my roof. The wait time was only 4-6 weeks to get the roofing ordered and started and they repaired wood, added additional requirements not on the old roof and completed the roof very quickly along with having a super nice roofing crew who did an amazing job cleaning up every day and even left me some of the excess materials I asked them to leave to the side instead of throwing away so I could use them on a few other small projects around. They were easy to contact throughout the whole process, even during the roofing days and got immediate reply's and updates on everything I was wondering about that the crew didn't have the answers to and everyone was super respectful, nice, and professional with the whole thing. I ended up going with DHI since their metal roof quote was similar to if not cheaper than the shingle roof quotes I was getting from other companies so it was an easy choice after seeing their work on a neighbors house and how much they liked them too. Definitely will be contacting them for any other big services I need done by a professional on my house in the future and happy with the results of my roof. We also already had a huge storm come through with strong winds and hail and the roof did perfect in the weather only about 1-2 weeks after it was installed with no leaks or problems anywhere.Service: Roof repair

Duffield Home Improvements was a pleasure to work with. Bill came out within a day after I contacted him for a roofing estimate. He worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Within a few days they had a crew on site installing the roof. Everyone on the crew was very courteous and professional. The installation only took a couple of days and exceeded my expectations. The quality and appearance of this job installing a metal roof on my home are second to none. The price was mid-range between the highest & lowest estimates I got for this job. The crew was friendly skilled & professional. Completing the job with one day of work time. The only reason I gave a four star vice a five star rating was the scheduling for this job. When I stopped at the office to make the second payment and get a start date for the job I was told that the crew would be there at 8:00 am on the following Sunday. The office was closed Sunday leaving no way to confirm why the no show happened. Then on Monday morning promptly at 8:00 am with no notice the crew showed up ready to work leaving me to flail around rescheduling an appointment with my lawyer for a property closing that morning.Service: Roof installation

Called around town to get quotes from a couple of places.They were quick on getting to me a quote and we're honest about what they planned to do. While I was a little slow in getting back to them to start the process everything else was smooth. They did the work, roof looks much better. Everything was inspected all a'ok.The main manager for my roof work was very communicative and helped make sure work was done as promised and in a timely manner.Definitely would recommend.

Their prices are right and their staff is kind, professional and extremely hard working. They replaced 4 roofs for our property last year and we are very pleased! In the past they have completed many more roof replacements and did the vinyl siding to our apartment complex that has remained in near perfect shape since it was completed in 2006. Heard about them through a friend who recommended, and they're great folks to do business with! Honest owner who will give you real advice, in order to earn your long term business. Got multiple roofing quotes and this was the only company who was willing to tell me "here's what I do if it were my home" but also were able to do the job weeks sooner than anyone else. And this was after getting a consult and a few minor repairs to my roof a few years ago, by them as well.

My roof need extra decking replacement and it was done efficiently and professionally. There was trouble with the shingles (defective) and needed to be replaced by the manufacturer. Duffield replaced our roof twice. Once for age, and 6 months later for Hail. The first time, the crew punctured a metal seal apparently with the edge of a scraper. They denied any responsibility for the leak that showed up on my ceiling. It took weeks to track the problem down. The next time, the crew conveniently didn’t speak English and refused to replace rotten substrate. So I took pictures of the rotten plywood under the leak and sent it off to the county inspectors. That got a very quick response in English and proper repairs.
