Great company to work with, exceptionally personable (and we liked the show room visit and presentation). Good to sit down with Jacob after the on-site tour to talk professionally and thoroughly about the options and procedures. Cost was competitive, and given the quality, something of a bargain. Once booked, their estimate of the start date was right on, with a prelim heads/up to confirm the dates would work for us. Two days for the whole job. Workers were friendly and very skilled. Cleanup was exceptional. Jacob returned for a post-job inspection and debrief. Minor add-on costsfor an extra underlayment that needed removal and some replacement plywood decking had been clearly explained and anticipated. Altogether, couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Roof now the showcase of the street (at least in our eyes). Thanks for a job well done.

When I look for a contractor, I look for someone who is willing to take their time to listen, explain what they can provide and respond (from my first call) throughout the decision process and final product; Jacob Stafford checked all these boxes and so did Energy Roofing's crew; they were incredible! I want to also commend Bo and Lupe and all the crew for an excellent job done - from the beginning to the end they paid attention to every detail and cleaned up every day! My new roof is beautiful!!

Energy Roofing redid our whole roof from asphalt shingle to standing seam metal. We had some unexpected issues come up (outside of the roof work) which has required them to come back to redo some portions of the roof for us. I have been so relieved by how pleasant everyone (from crew to office admin) has been, and I've been very impressed by how well and willingly they coordinate with other contractors to get things done quickly. It's been such a relief to be able to rely on them to do what is needed for our very unique issues. I scheduled a lot of work with Energy Roofing about 7 years ago in a property management office, and always had a great experience with them. They were my first choice for bids as they have always been so reliable, accommodating, and easy to work with, and I'm so glad to say that they still are! They were definitely the right choice, and I recommend them to anyone who asks. Special thanks to Jacob for staying in contact and fielding all of my questions throughout the project.

Took a little time to get materials, but they scheduled promptly, arrived and finished the job quickly, cleaning up afterwards. Extremely happy with the job and how my house looks now. We were referred to Energy Roofing by a neighbor of ours. From the time of initial contact and throughout the entire process of getting our roof replaced, the communication was open and frequent. (Mainly with Bill, the sales rep, and also with Steve, the production manager.) I was also impressed with the team that put up the roof. They were highly efficient and hard-working. The "noisy" process of getting a new roof could have dragged on for a week or more, but instead was completed within a couple days WITHOUT sacrificing quality.After a traumatic experience of getting some work done on our house in the past, it was a relief to find a reliable and honest company to work with. I would absolutely highly recommend Energy Roofing to any and all my neighbors and friends.

Edited 4/15/24: Took off one star. Service still pretty good. What I DO NOT like nor appreciate is that aside from the day 1 of doing the roof, no one lets me know that they're here. I am sometimes given an ETA and then around that time, something starts thumping on the roof and scaring us. No warning, no knock on the door saying "hey, we're here, and we'll be going up on the roof now." I find that extremely inconsiderate.Original review: We chose Energy Roofing because they did roofs and gutters, and a different prospective company pointed out that the gutters would need to be removed before work could start. (Other company didn't handle gutters.) E.R. would be able to remove the gutters and replace them without waiting. Everyone we interacted with -- Justin mainly, Mike the job super, and Scott who took our down payment, as well as the crew themselves -- was very courteous, affable, and very understanding and patient.Justin made sure to sit and explain to us what they offered and what they recommended, and let my spouse and I make the firm decisions, and was fine with initialing a little change on the contract so that no one would think it an odd add-on. That was mostly for me as I have memory problems. Justin showed us the examples of the different roofing types they had on display in their office, so it was much easier to better understand the products (as well as see the colors).Justin & Mike were great at keeping in contact and us up todate, and they *listened* when I brought up minor concerns vs brushing me off.The crew themselves, in addition from having great taste in music, were again polite and courteous, as well as efficient. They were able to trim two downspouts so we could fit our rain barrels under them (which was part of the contract). They used tarps to catch the debris, and they did a fabulous job of cleaning up after. Absolutely no problems.In fact, E.R. was able to start the roof replacement a few days earlier than scheduled, which was a fantastic boon to us. We had to get the roof replaced and the final permit before June 7, something the city can make a bit difficult as they schedule inspections. But they got it done, and we were able to make the home insurance happy.Definitely recommend, and should we need repairs/etc, I would call on them again.Service: Roof installation

Energy Roofing had a booth at the Home Show and I stopped to get information about replacing my current roof. They were friendly, knowledgeable and I just knew they were going to be the company I would use. When the time came, Justin came out to inspect my roof and then we later met in their showroom to discuss my options. It’s noteworthy to mention there was no pressure, no trying to get me to go with all top of the line materials. No “limited time only offers” (one’s usual experience with home-improvement). Just a relaxed, friendly, meeting exploring my many options. I felt like a family member was helping me - they are that down to earth. Surprisingly, my finished roof was thousands less than my neighbors had paid with other companies. I’m thrilled with my new high end quality roof, especially now that hurricane season is here. Paid more than double a competitor's estimate for painted on sealant for flat roof for it to leak in less than a year. Called them and they sent someone there and never communicated anything. The tenant told us it seems fine so far and that someone came out. After not hearing what the problem was for weeks, called them and they said Joe should have called me. So he called and I asked for an email letting me know they made a repair for my records. Since it supposedly has a 50 year warranty which is why I paid more for it, then it seems like that would make sense. Joe said he would send the email over and it has been weeks again and he never sent it. Called him again and asked about it and never heard back or got it. The lady who answered the phone at the company was the only one who took responsibility and said someone should have called me so I do appreciate that. I don't consider that a good business when it costs more and you get problems and lack of responses.
