KayCo did a great job of replacing a side of my damaged metal studio roof. Good work, great people to work with. They were kind to the landscaping, did perfect clean up, and even patched the holes in the siding when they removed the tarp over the hole in the roof. Treated my building like it was their own. Very happy. I am using them to fix leaks in my 2-year-old home roof, done by a company that did sub-standard work, and after 4 tries, left my roof with leaks. I feel I can trust KayCo to know what they're doing, and do a good job. Thanks to everyone at KayCo. Everyone, including office staff, was responsive and helpful. Update: skylights KayCo replaced were done perfectly. Looks great, no leaks. When I tree limb fell through one of them, I did not hesitate to have the pros from KayCo replace it. Top-quality work. thank you.

These folks replaced my roof, after a tornado hit our home back in Feb. of this year. I received estimates from three different roofers....all comparably priced....but chose Kayco for the following reasons.. A neighbor had work done by them in Orange Park, a few years back....and recommended them. Jonathan came out to look at the job....gave me a price. Very pleasant to deal with. He gave me a color chart, and explained the job from start to finish. He gave me a time-line of 4 to 6 weeks (this is during the shortages of home building products due to covid). I believe it was close to a month when they started the job....done in two and a half days. They have excellent workers....all had their individual jobs to do, and started each day early in the morning.... worked until dusk. They cleaned as they worked, with an on-site dumpster. The shingles look great....(most sturdy drip edge I've ever seen)....lines are good. They completely rebuilt my chimney....did a great job! (Didn't expect that much work on it). I'm very happy with my new roof. And with all the rain this summer....no leaks! I highly recommend Kayco....Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

Kayco roofing completed a complete re-roof on my residence in Gainesville and my wife and I are quite pleased with the result. Jonathan was very patient and informative throughout the entire process. His crew was polite respectful and efficient. They showed up when they said they would and kept us informed of their progress. My house is under large oak trees and the roof had a fair amount wood rot which Kayco replaced.They added extra roof vents and upgraded the skylight. When they were done they cleaned up so well you could hardly tell they were there. Overall I would have to say my new roof looks great and no more leaks. We highly recommend Kayco .
