We had a slab leak that caused extensive water damage in our home. The plumber recommended we call Maven Construction to begin water mitigation. They arrived immediately. They were absolutely professional, courteous, and kept the areas of work as clean and orderly as possible. We expressed angst about the number of people that needed to come into the house to complete work as we had concerns about the spread of COVID. The project manager took this into consideration and communicated to all contractors to wear masks while working. When we had another significant issue arise, we were able to speak directly with the owner. He offered to meet with us in person. It was great to meet with him, and he alleviated our concerns and emphasized that he puts the satisfaction of his customers first. We were very pleased with the quality and care of the work done to restore our home. I highly recommend Maven for your water mitigation and construction needs.

Cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with our project manager Kyle Martin and the rest of the Maven team after a sink pipe break and subsequent flooding in our kitchen. Although the dry-out and repair process took about 2 months to complete, Kyle kept us informed every step of the way and went over and above to promptly address every one of our major and minor concerns/questions. He truly was a concerned and competent professional in every way and both he and Leith did an amazing job coordinating with us, numerous sub-contractors, and our insurance company. We highly recommend this company and feel very fortunate to have found them! They are simply “too-notch.”

Kyle came out & diagnosed our problem-He got to work immediately--contacting all necessary companies & the insurance company who gave us hell but Maven’s team took care of that. Yes- we had a few bumps along the way-who doesn’t but he dealt with the issue on hand in a respectable manner & got the ball rolling. Maven Construction was incredibly helpful during what was a stressful process of dealing with a major water leak in our home. Other companies had come and looked at our home, and recommended repairs that were insufficient. Maven came and quickly diagnosed our problem, and got to work immediately--contacting the insurance company, moving out our items, and dealing with water removal. They were always courteous and pleasant, and easy to contact when we had questions.Kyle was the person we dealt with, and it was always a pleasure dealing with him. Their subcontractors were also considerate and excellent in terms of jobs completed in a thorough and timely way.I asked Maven if I could write a review for them, since I thought their service went above and beyond an excellent job. Maven did a lot of work for my business when disaster struck and a tree fell on our fitness building during a rain storm. There was severe damage to the roof which led to water damage to the attic , interior walls, floors etc… they came in a fixed everything ! Working with Kyle was like having my son doing the project. Kyle kept me updated several times a week with the daily plan. I am extremely impressed by his professionalism. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to the highest standard. I would also like to express my gratitude to Mike for taking care of our plumbing needs. Leith Finnegan and his team Kyle, A.C. & John are rock stars! I had a water leak into the walls of my bathroom and they fixed the problem and restored my bathroom to perfection. I was most impressed with how clean they were during the demolition and construction. They took steps to ensure dust did not travel throughout the house and kept the carpets clean. The team is extremely professional and the best complement I think they can receive is that my wife said she felt perfectly safe with them in our home and our protective family dog enjoyed seeing them daily throughout the restoration process. Maven came recommended to me by two different people both of who's opinion I value. I had the misfortune of having a very large tree fall on my condo doing significant damage. Leith, John & Kyle handled my project from start to finish. Having them work directly with my insurance took that time consuming task out of my hands thankfully. They helped make my space livable during most of their work and once I did need to vacate, I returned to a place that was every bit restored, if not improved! Communication with them was always effortless. Calls were returned promptly and they followed the schedule as they said it would be. All in all I can't recommend them enough!

Our home flooded on the second floor while we were out of town, causing severe water damage to the upstairs and downstairs in nearly 1/3 of our home. Not knowing about Maven yet, we called a different company who came and did the initial water extraction. We could tell the job wasn't being done correctly, so we were referred by friends to call Maven Construction Group. Once they came in, everything was handled smoothly and to the highest quality standards. They were incredibly professional every step of the way. Because the owner Leith is also a CGC, he was able to not only handle the water restoration and mold damage, but also the reconstruction afterwards. They even securely sectioned off the house with containment barriers so that we could continue living in our home while the work was being done. They took care of EVERY detail from coordinating with a moving company to store our necessary belongings to dealing exclusively with our insurance company so that we didn't have to worry about it. I discovered a strange growth on the walls in my bathroom while trying to do a paint project. I called Maven and they immediately sent out the right people to handle each aspect of our leak and mold problem! They didn't make me wait for months, and it was no time at all that Kyle was here to take over the project and remove the mold while "scrubbing" the whole house with their high tech air purification equipment keeping us all safe during the process. Each person who came in was professional, kind, and went above and beyond throughout the project! When our cat ended up destroying our mirror (not part of our project) Kyle even went out of his way to find a fantastic Black Friday sale to help us replace the mirror. Wonderful experience!
